Great friendly service and great pizza.It's pretty obvious that any older negative reviews no longer apply due to new management and should be removed oh well.Yum yum!
Pizza Subs are Good, only takes around 10 minutes from order to served. The Fried Chicken wings and fried breaded cheese curds are Terrible. Last time I checked they Have Bottled Water as a alternative to Soda Pop thankfully. Wish there was Reading Material like a newspaper or magazine left at the bar. I Also wish they accepted Bitcoin as payment, i would honestly eat more here if they accepted btc.

Really disappointed. Ordered from this location for years! Now I get a notification I'm outside their delivery area at 2.8 km away, Meadowlands. It says we cannot order. Our last order was a week ago. Guess we won't get to order with Milanos anymore... Your Merivale location just isn't as good as your location, Woodfield. Hope you look into this. We have been loyal regular customers for years.
Used to go to milanos for years, then the quality started declining. Today my wife really wanted poutine so we decided to try again. I ordered the club poutine, which was awesome. Loads of bacon and chicken. My wife ordered the Italian poutine and it is horrible. The menu says loaded with meat sauce. Well I wouldn’t say loaded or meat sauce. It is an abomination of Italian cooking. Literally just dumped a can of diced tomatoes on fries and cheese curds. Guess we won’t be eating there again?
Wings are cold, no utensils so I ate poutine with a spoon as I’m in hotel, gravy on poutine is cold, chicken on poutine very dry, chicken swarma also came cold
This place is beyond amazing! I’ve requested some pretty out there combinations and they are always polite and happy to do it. The customer service is exceptional and from day one I always felt like they valued me as a customer and strive to please. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Place is under new management, Ben is great and the pizza is top notch ? incredible customer service, delicious pizza made with fresh ingredients. Will be ordering from them in the future without a doubt.

Excellent pizza, excellent service! This is by far the best Milano’s I have ordered from in Ottawa (and I have ordered from several others). The pizza is delicious and always ready on time for pickup. I have never had to wait a single time I have gone in for pickup and the food is always incredibly fresh and warm. The staff is also very friendly. In my opinion, they have the best gluten-free crust of any I have tried. I am so happy I discovered this location!
