Been ordering here for years and have always been happy with our choices. It is definitely our go to takeout place in Barrhaven. Great delivery staff that are very friendly. Will keep ordering from this place.
Tried the zucchini in delivery order and it was swimming in grease and zucchini was extremely mushy. Put it in the air fryer to hopefully improve it but unfortunately still inedible and had to throw it out.
Terrible chicken shawarma from Milano Pizzeria, 3050 Woodroffe Ave. Super dry chicken, not shawarma meat. No pickles or turnip and can you believe NO garlic sauce? Tasteless.Last week we ordered two large pizzas, quite expensive, under cooked, the cheese was not melted in the middle. Fell apart and soggy.
Ordered on line, within one min I called to change the pizza I ordered from gluten-free to keto and they said it was is in oven. We spend over a 100 for every order and was gonna pay the extra $8 and they wouldn’t budge. Last time we order from them.
I have never received such poor service in the food industry as this place.I ordered a large garlic cheese pizza like I have from other Milanos locations. I was told it could not be delivered unless I ordered two. Uncertain if there was a confusion, I asked if it was a 14" diameter pizza I was ordering which I was told yes.Upon arrival and opening the box, what I received was a half a sandwich bun, soggy with butter and partially melted cheese. Not what I ordered at all.When I called Milanos to inquire about the mistake, I received a very rude response, being told that I received the correct order and if I don't like it, to go elsewhere before being hung up on.I will never order from this location again!
Cheese curds pop is a blessing!!!!! Glad they open late. Tasty food. Only wished they had seasoned fries, i would give 6⭐
Whenever I go in here it doesn't look the cleanest. For what you pay the pizza is not the best. The crust seems much harder than normal and the sauce and cheese seem different too.
The absolute best place for delicious pizza!You can feel the weight of the slice is always more loaded compared to the others we have tried.You won't be disappointed!
Great for thick crust pizza. Wings are good too. I've tried Willy’s, Gabriel's, Revival, San Marino, Colonnade, Argos and the standard chains. I believe Milano's pizza, dip, wings are the best tasting out of all. Normally I like thin crust; Pi Squared is best if you are looking for thin.
This is by far the worst pizza I have tried in ottawa. I had got the Texas style chicken with no bacon as I don't eat bacon with feta instead to replace the bacon. The pizza is covered in just cheese no sauce when I had asked for extra sauce. The flavour of the pizza sauce tastes like water, the bread taste like it has gone bad and moldy. I also purchased the wings 10 hot ,the wings have a barn animal smell and i couldn't bring myself to even try it. When I first called then never told me of any deals so I bought everything straight up at $43.44. I called to tell them and they said they will give me a deal on a pizza but I won't ever waste my money again. This food will now go in the garbage. Please do better for your next customers.
