Prices are constantly different every time we call. They don't honor their advertised prices currently on their website and other menu platforms. Food is good but we are really unsatisfied with the unreliable prices and false advertising. Won't even allow us to pay for extra cheese. It's not even an option. We just got their current flyer in the mail and they won't honor the prices in the flyer. We find this very unprofessional and overall just a poor way to do business.PLEASE PUT AN EXPIRATION DATE ON YOUR FLYERS! This one says Spring Edition 2022... It's still spring until June 21st 2022. It's April 28th 2022.DISAPPOINTED
One of if not the best pizzas you'll get to experience in Ottawa. Hands down. I'm a chef, I'm often disappointed by food that I order, and I had a tough day today.. when I tried this for the first time this evening, I cried!It's been so long since I've had REALLY good pizza, and Merivale pizza delivered the best. Thank you.
I think that the pizza could have been delicious but unfortunately, it was seriously undercooked. I asked for it well done and the tips of the bacon was burnt and the cheese was barely melted.Oven too hot?! All in all disappointing and waste of money.
Had pizza from here for the first time this week. My family raved about it and I have to agree. It was delicious and the price was amazing!! The staff were friendly and thankful for the business. Will definitely be back!
I ordered a medium house special pizza over skip the dishes ( they manage their own delivery ( first time trying merivale pizza )I was a bit disapointed at first because the garlice dipping sauce was missing, I called the store and they came back asap for the missing item.The pizza was probably one of the best I have had in Ottawa, all quality toppings & cheese.The service is also excellent.I have had this issue with missing items in the past for many other pizza places and was told next time ! Or refund.When you are expecting garlic sauce with the pizza, it's just not the same without so I appreciate them coming back very fast to drop it offThis is now my new spot I will order from anytime I want pizza.
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with a drink on Sunday at 11 and I checked on Google they're open until 12 and I went out at 11:35 until 10 minutes after midnight and I got it so that it would be here at 11:45 and it didn't come seriously come on it's pretty self-explanatory that I'm never ordering from here again
My boyfriend and I go there A LOT. Hawaiian pizza with the thick crust is ordered every single time.We get usually either the donair sub with garlic sauce or the steak sub with no mushrooms and are in heaven every time.The pizza is so filling and good, lasting us a few days. I don't think we would ever go to another pizza shop again, UNLESS we had no choice but to.
