Place runs well, but my experience at 325 am ruined it. I'm here 5-6 times a week. I race to get there before 330. Knowing they "close things down" and the kids behind the microphone laugh and tell me yea sorry we started already. While there's someone in line getting food at the window and it's 325. You won't get much further in life if your not willing to do the basics guys. Take the short cut and shut down a restaurant 5 minutes early and tell me ya sorry like your the owner. Then they realize they are wrong when I complain at window and tell me ok sorry your right we will take your order lol ya right after this I'm really going to trust that. Unreal experience I'll be bringing my 500$ a month to another location specifically for these two working tonight Friday at 330 am! Cheers guys your useless
First off I would like to give a 0 star, but 1 is the lowest available option.This location is the closest to me other than the Walmart location I don't have many options when it comes to McDonald's. I would like to start by saying I have come to expect that EVERY order I place will be ALWAYS messed up or wrong. If they actually got my orders right I would be shocked. The service is so bad there that the manager shut the phone off in the back. So they will not be able to answer your concerns via phone. If you visit this location I advise to check your order carefully before you leave!
Do not order any food from this Mcdonald’s , cuz you will miss most or the whole order. Long ago, this restaurant is perfect service restaurant. Recently, ordering food in-store or online, you will find many food missing and get special experience like vomiting after eating their food due to staff’s professional “food care”. Good luck!
Do not eat at this place they treat people terribly. I don't think their management training program works. My friend's and I go there weekly to eat at lunch and we were singled out as trouble makers because another group of kids were throwing food. I tried telling the manager that my group of friends come here and are very respectful and the manager didn't want to hear it. He is clearly discriminating against young people who spend their hard earned money even though we pay his salary! Stay away from this place!
Waited in the drive through for ten minutes AFTER ordering. Guy in front didn't finish his order at the order screen and reordered 3 times while we all behind waited as our food went cold. They should have told him to go around and order properly. Kids run the store and don't care.
I got two different color chicken nuggets for my kids. I went back to this location for replacement one of them. I told their manager I like to have the light color one but she still gave me the dark one. And she claimed they don't have chicken nuggets with light color. Obviously, she didn't treat my complaint seriously. She is unprofessional.
Busy place but served by decent and friendly staff, food quality is usually good too. My family usual-go place for quick meals. It's suggested to order online by using McDonald's app and curbside pickup to avoid long waiting line.
Not happy. Ordered 2 breakfast happy meal. The pancake was not warm enough and side was frozen and hard. They didn't put any syrup in the take out bag.
Not sure what it is, but I've never had a good drive thru experience. Who knows, it may be really busy everytime I show up, but it just seems slower than others. Food quality is what you expect from McDonald's.
Lousy drive thru staff who can’t get a coffee right. I work at the near by housing development and I come here most days. Most days my double double tastes less sweet than a regular.
