Used to be really good when they opened up but last order from this location really put my taste buds off fried chicken.Chicken was little undercooked and didnt seem fresh. Hope they improve.
Friendly staff and quick service. Just what you'd expect of May Brown's! The food is always fresh and crisp, and the staff is always friendly. I love the fact that they even bring the food to your table if you're waiting. A true Canadian establishment!
I am very disappointed in the professionalism of this busy. Last week I came for an interview at this location where the hiring manager had said later that evening she was going to send me a quiz that had to be filled in order for me to start the following week !A few days had passed when I called back asking if she had sent the quiz and she said she was going to send it that day, but AGAIN she did not so when I called back a few times a few days later she picked up the phone and purposely did not say anything !!!I then called the hunt club location because that’s where I was supposed to actually be starting my job but the interview was here. Right away the hiring manager at that location was responded to me in really rude manner/tone saying she had NO idea who I was and that she was too busy to speak with me and because of this I said I was longer interested in starting my position with either location and the hiring manager then told me when I said to her that your tone and speech was very impolite that apparently I was “rushing” her because she was busy with customers inside the restaurant. I tried looking for the head office phone number to make a complaint if someone can put it down below because these hiring managers were beyond even being disrespectful
Have been going there since they opened and it's been good service all the time. There is a south asian girl, probably the manager, her service is shoddy but they rest of team is superb. I only get spicy all the time but the spice is not enough.
Very hungry. Been to Mary Brown as I heard they don’t use the frozen Chicken unlike other restaurants like McD, Subway etcOrdered spicy BigMary sandwich, it’s not too spicy. It has a deep fried chicken in between with some regular cheese layer.I don’t think they have any non deep fried chicken options. Taste was good and but felt little pricy.Then I noticed this interesting offer…on Monday’s big Mary Brown Sandwich is almost half priced. Otherwise it’ll cost you around 10 buck just for regular size sandwich
Our Family meal came with a huge clump of hair in it and they gave us a hard time when we asked for a replacement. The so called manager was completely unapologetic and seemed annoyed.
Order 6 chicken burgers and 6 piece. theBuffalo Chicken sandwiches where so soggy and couldn't even eat them. Other 4 burgers where ok but barely any sauce. 6 piece was under cooked and I order regular not spicy. Not overly impressed with quantity
Fries were cold and not full. My mary brown burger came with ZERO pickles and barely any lettuce. And the pepsi was hot. As soon as I came home I emailed the company and haven't got any answer. Also on Facebook and nothing.. they lost a valuable customer.
This has been our go to chicken place after KFC started to be less than satisfactory. We tried the spicy chicken this time and it was great. Just enough spice to have heat and still be very enjoyable.
The food is good, but if you go in there while there are more than two or three people in line expect it to take upwards of twenty minutes. They don't open the second till or change what they're doing AT ALL when they're busy, and they onoy ever have one cashier working during lunch rushes.Don't even bother going for the Big Mary Monday combo unless you have thirty minutes to wait.
