This review is for the Bells Corners, Ottawa,, Ontario restaurant.The food is normal KFC quality, and I have no complaints.What stood out for me were the people: they were very kind and helpful with me. I was working nearby, so I went there often.
Today, June 23rd 2022, I had to leave this location as I have before a few times, because the staff are too busy on their personal cell phones to serve the customers!!! The manager with the glasses is always on her phone, and leaves me standing at the front counter with no acknowledgement! This has happened multiple times now and I will not be returning to this location in Bells Corners!To make matters worse, this location is simply disgusting! I have watched them on several occasions, touch the dirty cash register, fridge handles and oven handles with their gloves, and then proceed to make your food with those same disgusting gloves!The staff here are inattentive and proper hygiene procedures are not followed! Eat somewhere else!
Placed an order 6 hours ahead of time for delivery at suppertime and the manager waited until the delivery time to call and cancel the order but didn't bother to leave a message that he was cancelling the order. Half an hour after the scheduled delivery time I called and the ignorant manager who told me he was cancelling the order and he would "try" to give me a refund. When I asked why the order was cancelled he hung up on me. My wife called a few hours later to find out what happened and after talking over her and cutting her off he hung up on her too. This location has the worst customer service ever.
Bland chicken and gravy. Had only a light coating on the chicken. It was still edible but it definitely tasted better in the past. One reason i dont order it very often. A bit of a letdown.
Rude and disgusting people (and food) from India. As if it wasn't enough with dirty practice Mid-Eastern joints, now we got them too. Can't stand the fact that we have a bombardment of dirty immigrants and their bad social skills and dirty practices both in kitchen and their non existent personal hygiene. Bare hand food handling, no hair nets, in toilets, etc. Stay away
Went to the drive through Sunday May 8th, approximately 3:45pm and purchased a $45 chicken meal. The service was absolutely fantastic and we really appreciated that. However, the chicken was disgusting. Full of fat and beyond saturated in grease. Half of the chicken wasn't edible and we threw it out. The fries and gravy were fine. Very unfortunate.
It was good the first few times I went but lately I’ve found it to be quite inedible. I genuinely don’t understand what happened because I really enjoyed it so much in the past. I’m genuinely disappointed.
disgusting store, today I try to buy 5 toonie I got bucket with 10 chicken pieces, I 'v asking them i pay for 5 toonies not a bucket, the guy said that 5 toonies with Lg fries, I open to look inside the bucket disgusting hair in there, and they used to touch by hand they're from India so they touch chicken by hand just like in India, so Disgusting store.
Nice Delicious Good Old KFC ? Dine in a Ice Child Igloo Restaurant, The only reason I'm giving 3 Star because of an amazing staff, friendly service with cold welcoming. I was shivering while I was eating.
Very good service !! The cashier was really nice and helped me get close to what I had planned. After downloading the app and not finding the special deal that was advertised in the flyer I was rather dissapointed with KFC.ca. Chicken is always the same that's why people go to KFC.
