Portion sizes, especially chicken, down to almost nothing now. A 4-piece meal does not even fill up.No offer of napkins, cutlery, condiments when food handed over.
Yesterday I ordered from this location shortly after typical dinner time. The chicken was so unbearably greasy to the point where the bucket was a soggy dripping mess. And the fries were so cold and soggy that they would turn into mush from individually picking them up with my fingers. This is my absolutely worst fast food experience. Will not be ordering from this location again.
Waited in the store for 10 min, no staff acknowledgment or attempt to take order. Asked other patrons how long they had been waiting for food/service and they said over 20min. Left without ordering
Asked to be shown the sizes the bowls of salads and sides come in. He shows me a random box he grabbed that was full of chicken bones and says that it is the size for sides. When I came home the macaroni and coleslaw was ina ramakim sized tiny bowl. So they lie right to your face.I also paid extra for all white meat and I'm sure you know where I'm going with this; when I got home ⅓ of it was dark meat.The place was very dirty, the staff yell at each other; while you're ordering from them. And their hands sanitizer station was empty and only one employee wore a mask.I would find a different KFC. There are better out there.
Worst KFC ever eaten at. Not sure who's gravy they used but it tasted and looked like beef. Not normal chicken KFC gravy. Worst chicken sandwich ever ordered there. Both myself and roomates threw our food out after 2 bites. It's the new famous chicken sandwich or ultimate chicken or something. It was gross. Turned me off KFC forever

This kfc please, make own style burger. This burger is so bad not even looks like from kfc official website. The taste like this food made few days ago and keep until it sold.

I placed my order online for pickup in the store and arrived 3 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. The cashier was serving a customer when I walked in and she went to the back after finalizing his order before serving me. I waited 12 minutes before she came back and I could see my pick up bag with my name on it waiting on the counter the entire time. When I got home the chicken was essentially waterlogged with grease and the chicken was very dark in colour, indicating that the oil is old and needs to be changed. We tried to eat the chicken but it wasn’t possible. Both service and quality is none existent in this location. Don’t waste your money here.
Sadly this restaurants quality of food has been going down hill for a while, but I seem to keep going back. But after tonight’s order, I’ve made my last order there. I cannot believe what we received as chicken in our order. It literally looked like each piece of chicken was cut in half and breaded. Our 8 piece of chicken was equivalent to 3 maybe 4. And the chicken tenders were no better. Half the size they normally were. So incredibly disappointed and will not be returning.
