We have ordered here a few times before… food is okay, but this round they added water to the sauces to keep costs down… I have heard of this before from this location and unfortunately this has made our decision to never order from here again… avoid the disappointment and order from elsewhere.
Excellent!! Got a Box Biriyani (always weigh more than 1.3kg) and it tasted just perfect. Huge portion and nicely priced, rice cooked to perfection. Definitely the best Indian restaurant I have tried so far at Ottawa. Keep it up KARARA. ?
This place is great! Small restaurant but big flavour. All the curries are delicious. I always get a roti with my meal when I go here. They are thin and a little crispy, just the way I like them.
I tried to use the online ordering and my total was $30.40 and they wouldn’t accept my order for delivery if it was under $40. They told me to go use and pay for skip the dishes. What kind of stupidly is that. I’ll never order from your restaurant again here in Barrhaven! That’s not how you run a business.

I have been ordering food for take out from karara meriville road in Ottawa for a long time.The tandoori chicken is a real taste of Indian tandoori chicken, they service it with rice and green chutney.The combo meal for one is real good, I love the food every time I eat from them.Highly recommended for the punjabi taste and amazing food .!
I'm a big fan of Indian food and this place doesn't disappoint. I'm glad it's near my location and will be continuing to eat here more often. Thumbs up. Beef samosas are a must try!
The worst freaking place, they are ripping people off. Memu price is 3.50 for an item, they are charging 5.70 for it, and saying they have up the prices. Then freaking change it on the menu instead of surprising customers, who just check it online and come to your place for it. These are really cheap tactics. Honestly, I don't expect anything more from a cheap looking place, managed by cheap people.
Food was delicious and serving size was big.Chef Kulwinder Singh served us very nicely.
We have tasted chicken briyani and Cauliflower rice today at Karara, we are extremely happy with taste and flavor, more important with gesture of service.
