Went about 1 hour before close, lobby was closed so we used drive-thru. Staff was very friendly and food was properly made and very good.

Went through the drive-thru for a fairly large order of burgers,frings, chicken strips and drinks/shake. The service was quick and the food was fresh and hot. Excellent experience. The order was all correct.
Rude staff member, went in to pick up during the night time (almost closing in 45 minutes) and the lady with the tattoo sleeve was very rude and disrespectful and told my friend that she would have to “kick” him out if he didn’t leave by the time that they close… Like wow, please teach your employees manners and respect, whereas the other girl working drive thru who seems to be from a different background was much nicer and respectful!!
I like this Harvey's, they have never made a mistake in any of my orders, the staff are typically always friendly, the food is always made to order, they are pretty fast at claning up, it's an all around good fast food place and they do have some vegetarian options for anyone that's interested...
Fast friendly service that makes me want to return. Being addicted to the double original cheeseburger doesn't hurt either!

Food...normal. customer service? Laughable. Just ordered a combo meal and asked for a double portion of onion rings. My son told me the order, while we were in the drive through never been there before...never going back. When I received the bag of food, I looked in it then passed it to my son. I asked, is that a double order he said no. I said to the clerk that I ordered a double order of onion rings. She said she only heard a single order. I told her I said it was a double order. She then said something and I asked her to repeat. She said I would have to pay for it, she can't give it to me free. All this with an attitude. I told her of course I am going to pay for it. I never said anything about getting it for free. I paid. Then I asked for her manager. She said she was the manager. I asked her who do I contact about her, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked her name or employee number. She finally got the manager and I told her all about the poor service. I told her if I am going to spend my money here, I don't need attitude when I buy food. All the girl could have said was...sorry. I didn't hear it correctly. The extra cost is... but no, she decided to make a judgment about me and decided not to be professional.
Worst customer service by Susanna, so called the manager. I've ordered two hot dogs through drive through and asked for any toppings that are available for the order. But she said no, the recommend toppings are ketchup and mustard only. She didn't mentioned anything about other topping that are available. Once we realize that there are other toppings for free. We went directly to the store to ask for the topping for the hot dog. But she gave the topping in a separate side and not even with the hot dog. She was really rude and after we left the place she started to say bad things behind the back and laughing with other staff members. This was happened on 22nd Nov at 9: 45 pm.
Burgers are very costly please don't buy burgers here we can get better burgers with much more quality in McDonalds for a cheaper price
