Firehouse Subs is a great place to have a nice hearty meal.I personally love the Meatball Sub which was delicious.One of the things I love about this franchise is the fact that they donate to the firefighters throughout the world.I loved the brownie I had, it gave me nostalgia which brought be back to my high school years when I bought brownies from the cafeteria.Even if it's busy, I would recommend this location to multiple people.
Tried the chicken bacon with ranch sauce. Processed meat little flavour. Couldn't taste the bacon. The only flavor that stood out was the ranch sauce. Only two types of bread, white or whole wheat, boring. The bread was fresh and everything else. Pickle was soggy. Little flavor, there are better subs out there.
Where's the beef?Update April 19 2022: Dear owner, please review the attached photo and tell me again with a straight face that there is anywhere near 250 g of meat on that sandwich, premium or otherwise. It was not an awesome sandwich... my friend looked at it and described it as a "travesty of a sandwich". I basically paid $13 for a crunchy bread roll. The restaurant generally gets good reviews and I don't think Firehouse would do well serving sandwiches like that. Before telling me I'm wrong, maybe you should look at the measuring practices used in your restaurant.
Steak and cheese sub was SPECTACULAR. And love the pickle! Staff is always friendly and excellent. Come here all the time, so glad they have one in Barrhaven now.
Love their subs. Higher quality than other sub places but you pay a little more for it. I think it is well worth it though, the meat quality is great.
The subs are huge and delicious! And the staff is always friendly and attentive. I love the greeting for every person too! So fun!
I recommend their subs, however, they have their auto door open for handicap shut off. that is just not right!
We went to Firehouse subs on Wednesday night. I order a steak and cheese sub. The sub was served in what looked like a hotdog bun. It had some shaved steak, onion and I couldn’t taste any cheese. It was served cold. Same for my two sons who ordered the club subs-and Mother asked for roast beef with no onions which they gave her anyway. She was lucky and had tomatoes but still it was not warm. Worst sub I’ve had.
First time going to Firehouse Subs this week. It was super yummy. Staff was helpful and nice. I love the theme of the restaurant. Will be turning again soon!
Absolutely fantastic food and sandwiches the fact that a took an entire bite outta the sandwich and it was pure overflowing meat with their amazing sauce was an absolute delight! Super efficient staff even cups are pre prepared which just speaks volume of far these guys would go. I could go on and on but everyone should give them a shot!
