I bought this sushi today and it was very bad experience, the sushi wasn’t as it should be , I could not hold one piece because the rice was falling apart. Also, the teriyaki was dry and flavorless.I usually buy my sushi from barhaven location, but this time I tried the college square one, the difference is so obvious, barhaven location is way better.
Bad service, first of all, they dont understand english, had to repeat the order many many times and they still messedup.The chef in the kitchen was grumpy and rude, he was doing all ordered himself so may be he was under stress but...We asked to close the maindoor since it was -2 outside and cheft said he wont, we went there with a 4 month old baby so they shuold have more kind.For sushi we requested for california rolls and crabs only, again chef from kitchen said it will be 2 dollar for the change, i agreed.when sushi came, it still has all the kinds we didnt order, when i complained the chef said its $2 for every change, so imagine, for 10 sushis they want me to pay extra $20.noodles were ok, instead of ramen they gave us other kind which i confirmed twice while ordering, but this time I gave up on expecting them to fix anything..we drove all the way from orleans to get disappointed.food was good but service extreemly bad and wont be going ever again, my kids now make jokes about how bad the experiance was.Please donot open a location in orleans, stay away!
A business should never skip out on quality. Ordered simple California rolls, got brown avocado in some, and no avocado on others.Quality of product is how you succeed, do not recommend.
Mostly everything I had here is delicious and a must try! Love their sushi and spring rolls are amazing.The only item I say stay away from is there brown sugar tea. Tastes like a mouth full of maple syrup ? hated it.Everything else is a must though!
This was by far the best food we have eaten, healthy crazy flavor and fun to shared at a party, or family event, must try it out, you will be completely satisfied

Teriyaki chicken with egg rolls? Food tasted ok, did not really have much taste other than soy sauce. But really I hope these restaurants, when they put Japan in their name, stop putting out these North American bastardized pan-asian food. Manchu Wok tastes the same as here - surely Asian food is much more diverse and varied.

How hard is it to include chop sticks with an order??? Every single time I place an order I put INCLUDE CHOPSTICKS in the order notes and they can't seem to figure it out. Sub par food - unbelieveably poor at following the requests their customers make of them.
Good food but the service is horrible, this location is incredibly understaffed. Only 2 customers waiting and it took 20 mins to get my order.
