Visited 6 pm, today 03Apr2022.First time in East Side Mario's.I like the place, the ambiance.Staff are friendly and organized.Value for money is ✔️ .The food we ordered were tasty. Surprisingly good. Didn't wait too much time for our food.We had garlic bread to start.We ordered All-you-can-eat Caesar Salad, Linguine Chicken Amatriciana, and Mario's Spaghettini and Meatballs.It was great experience. Thank you East Side Mario's. Will be coming back.
Under staffed. Portions are WAY too small considering the price, went for dinner finished my meal within 5 minutes would hate to see the lunch size portions.
Hadn't had ESM for a long time but thought we would try it out again. I had the Hell's Kitchen Chicken and it was very tasty, large portion so I had a bit of a snack leftover. (Years ago, this was served with angel hair pasta but that is long gone from the menu.) Really enjoyed my meal. Don't eat that little round pepper (like I did) unless you live spicy things (I do).
Have been here a few times over the years , usually get the chicken Parmesan, you can't beet the unlimited salad and bread. The taste is amazing and will eat here again

Great food, pretty fast service. Went for hockey and they had no mistakes, everything went well.
My friend and I asked for a booth, we were told they are all dirty, we asked for one to be cleaned. We would wait. The restaurant was not busy at the time.After a bit our request was fulfilled.Food was good, served hot. Service was also good, but it took a long time to clear away our dishes.Possibly the restaurant was short staffed.We will return.
Last minute (9 days before the day) reservation for a wedding of 25-30 people. They were very accommodating. See ervixe was great. Nobody went without a drink for more than a minute. Our food only took about 20 minutes for 30 plates. They had lots of salads/breads on the tables for us upon arrival. Great experience would definetly go again even if there wasn't a wedding supper.
Good dining experience overall. They did miss one of the entrees initially, but got it out to us quickly once the mistake had been realized.Everyone enjoyed their food, and its hard to beat filling up on bread and salad first and being able to take home most of what we ordered.
Great place to eat. atmosphere is great, service is good and fast and the food is delicious.Covid protocols are great, social distancing and far apart tables makes us feel safe.
