Update: under the initial review they asked me to use their review tool... I did before i sent this, and had received no responseTW: abandonment.So we went in for dinner as a family. The adult entrées were great as per usual.My son ordered the Pasta meets Broccoli with chicken. Now for the amount of chicken on his dish it may as well have been a quail tender. We really had to look for it, much the same as John Wayne "looked" in The Searchers. And to top it off the pasta was a dairy bit under done.Now, our server, much like many 80s Era father's must have stepped out for a pack of smokes and forgot to come back...Not really she was there but NEVER checked in, not for beverages, or the when you have a mouth full of food "how is everything?" Nothing! From across the not overly busy restaurant our gaze met a few times but she didn't come near us. After around 30 minutes of being OBVIOUSLY finished, another server asked if we needed anything. We asked for the kid's desserts, some take out containers, and the bill. He dropped the containers and desserts and said our waitress was bringing the bill. Like a ninja assassin, silently, she left the bill and disappeared again.When she returned with the machine she was super pleasant and chatty as though we were the best of friends and this adventure never happened. Suffice to say a tip also never happened.
Good food , waitress was awesome and masked.My one comment is that , as a restaurant where host are speaking to diners from a higher altitude to diners sitting, it is more assuring if all host/ waiters were masked.I do understand masking is optional but from a business point of view the projected image matters, not all patrons will speak up, food for thought.
A really great family restaurant; clean, kid-friendly with attentive servers. The food is standard Italian-American which is satisfying and plentiful.
great place to eat out with friends and family, the new renovation is fresh and a welcoming inviroment for all forms of gatherings. great price for the amount of food you get. staff at this location are always friendly.plus you can't go wrong with all you can eat bread and salad.
Amazing service, atmosphere and menu. Portions were huge and is very family friendly with younger children. Will be back for sure!

Extremely disappointed in your customer service this evening! We just waited 40 minutes in a curbside pickup spot after confirming our arrival in your app, and when we finally gave up and went inside to inquire, the staff member inside said our food had been sitting there for the full 40 minutes, and no one bothered to bring it out to the curbside spot, or question why we hadn’t shown up. The staff claim that they never got a notification that we had arrived, but I have the text as proof that it was sent. Why not call the number we provided if, as you claim, we didn’t show up?
Fabulous food. Had stone fruit cocktail was simply delicious. Still east side marios signature tomato sauce was just amazing.
I love this place. Went there for the first time and was assisted by the very helpful gentleman Milad. We generally spent a very good time, both washrooms had baby changing station which was awesome, me & husband changed both our sons diapers at the same time. The portions are big and the garlic bread is something to go back for!The manager was very welcoming and caring made us feel like we’re the only people in the place!Def going back ❤️
A great experience with an awesome waiter this past Friday night. I wish I could remember his name but he did an excellent job, was super friendly and attentive. The meals also tasted delicious!
