This restaurant deserves 0 stars. We were at this restaurant on Monday, June 13th at around 7:40pm. WE were the only ones inside at the time. The individual making dumplings was constantly touching his phone,, while working with the dough and adding what appeared to be ground sausage in the dumplings. My girlfriend approached him and told him he should not be touching his phone while handling food, and then serving that food to costumers which were likely take out orders. He said `Sorry sorry`. If he was really sorry, he would have thrown it out since he kept touching his phone and touching the dough. The older gentleman,, probably the chef, who was right behind him, would have also noticed him touching his phone constantly and did not say anything. We cancelled our order and left. We should have taken a video with our phones. That restaurant should have a food inspection, if that is the way they handle food. We will never go again and eat contaminated food. I don`t ever post these Google reviews but this is totally unacceptable!
Very good dumpling not as tastyer dumpling i ever try but here in ottawa for this taste consider good,order wanton soup i forget to ask what is the filling,for someones that doesn't eat pork you should ask before order, love the original bubble milk tea taste better than ch*****,chilli oil not spicy enough for me. Overall is good ,will come back again.

Don't understand why Americans/Canadian give high ratings to everything.I haven't paid so I can't speak for pricing but I have eaten better dumplings at my home with no experience making them.I wouldn't recommend this place like others do.I'm sure you'll easily find something better anywhere in the Chinatown area.3 stars as it still was edible food But nothing to recommend.
Thanks for delicious handcrafted dumplings. We picked up the night of the new year and the dumplings were amazing. I am grateful to the ladies who spent their new year working and delivering delicious dumplings. The dumplings have a homemade flavour, not too salty and filled with quality ingredients. I would recommend this restaurant.
I recently visited here. We were told on the phone that they were busy and went in with an expectation that there going to be delays. We placed our order and it took some time but that was to be expected. I received my dumplings that tasted okay but upon eating them I found 3 hairs cooked into the dough. We had also ordered vegetable spring rolls that tasted pretty bad. The best way for me to describe it was that it tasted like what a barn smells like. My girlfriend inspected further and is certain there was meat in it. After I finished my meal, my girlfriend had yet to get her meal. When I went up to ask how long it would be I was told 15 more minutes. After patiently waiting for another 40 or so minutes I go back up to the counter to ask how long and I was replied with shock and the person said “I assumed you didn’t want it any more” needless to say I was rather not impressed and will not be returning to either Centrepointe or Bank st location. We spent a total of 2 hours in the restaurant and still had to get food from somewhere else. 0/5 would not recommend.
Placed an order today and received someone else's order. Want able to eat anything because I was given good I was allergic to.

Coworker once recommended, friend also recommended. Delicious and delectable dumplings, Won Ton soup smelled amazing. Food was flavourful and very filling, cravings satisfied and I am so full! Perfect for cold weather - comfort food! Yummy!
Best hand-made dumplings in Ottawa. Highly recommend the pork and chives dumplings. The restaurant is very cozy and service is usually fast and friendly.
