Good service, good food that is fairly fancy, great pizza, really nice ambiance and atmosphere. I thought our food came to the table fast and I was really full. We were 3 adults and 1 child and we got the fettuccine, which was amazing, steak and fries, which was really good, and the veal Gorgonzola, and a pizza.
It was my first time coming here and never again. I went with my family and was the first to arrive. Waitress served me water then seemed to disappear. She came back 15 min later to ask if I wanted a drink which I felt she could have asked when she poured the water. Once we ordered our food it took an hour and a half for it to arrive, I have never waited that long anywhere else. Waitress said the kitchen was short staffed but somehow other tables that came after us got their food sooner. Not sure but there seemed to be some kind of discrimination taking place. The waitress rarely checked in and I had to walk over to the bar to ask what was taking so long and get an apology. From other reviews made months ago seems like other guests have had a similar experience. You would think they would have hired more kitchen staff by now to solve the issue. Food came and some plates had huge servings while others were tiny but all similar pricing which is not fair. I left still hungry and frustrated from waiting so long just to have a tiny portion of bland unseasoned food and a huge bill. Don’t waste your time!
We enjoyed an amazing meal again at Cyranos on their lovely patio yesterday evening. It is one of our favourite restaurants in Ottawa. The staff are so welcoming and we are never disappointed. The house wine is delicious not to mention their beet salad and 'in house made" pasta. My husband has Celiac Disease and the chef always has great gluten free selections including the Cauliflower crust pizza. It's so yummy you won't believe it's gluten free! Keep up the amazing service you offer.And a big shout to your fine waitresses!

Last time we were here was to get takeout during a Covid lockdown, so it was great to have a sit down eat-in meal. Food quality exceeded our expectations! Looking forward to a return visit to try other items from the menu, being mindful of leaving room for dessert.

Jesus what's wrong with me lolThis place is honestly incredible, my top 10 favorite spot in all of Ottawa, highly recommended, everything is home made and with an open kitchen you can banter with the chefs as they prep your food, very clean and beautifully decorated spot, trust me.. you need to try this for any occasion.Reservation ahead though, they are busy.10/10

Went tonight with my friend. Loved the food and options. Server was absolutely amazing. Great cooks! 100% recommend,so peaceful and comfortable,everyone was amazing! Will be returning.?
Went for Valentine's Day with my wife yesterday. Food was ok but the service was poor. Took over 50 mins for the mains to come out after being finished our first course, and our mains felt a little cold. I was bought the wrong dessert after another lengthy wait. It also took a long time to get the server to bring is the bill, we sat there for 10 mins just waiting for the bill to actually be brought over. The server didn't really check in all that much throughout the meal. I saw another table complaining about the wait times with a different server also, so it not just our food that was slow. I know Valentines Day can be busy, but this was a set menu with limited options. The experience wasn't worth the money unfortunately.
