On April 29/22 I called to make an order at 6 pm. The line was busy, so I signed up to order my large Canadian Pizza on their website, they ask you what kind of crust you want. I know Friday nights are really busy. I can appreciate that with all the Uber/Skip the dishes drivers. Usually I make my order before I leave work and by the time I drive home it’s ready for pick up. Which it was. But when I got home the pizza looked like it came from Pizza Pizza!!!! It was thin crust and I ordered regular crust. Well the Canadian pizza only had mushrooms and pepperoni on it. Where is the bacon????? I was really disappointed. I called the young lady that answered I told her the story, she took name and phone number but management never returned my call. I decided to call again on May 2nd, spoke with management and he couldn’t care less about his customers therefore I will never purchase a pizza from them again! Too bad as I like support my community.
I love the taste of their pizzas. It has that “unique” flavour and the sauce that they use is just a little bit sweet which makes it perfect.I tried a poutine for the first time and was blown away at how amazing it was.Please try a poutine from here it will blow you away.
One of the best quality pizzas in town. Try sprinkling some parm on top or dip it in creamy garlic sauce for next level experience.

Colonnade pizza is without a doubt the best pizza in Ottawa. My family has tried many, many pizza restaurants in the greater Ottawa area and nothing compares to Colonnade. Specifically, the sauce and crust are on another level. If you're like my family, get the thin crust. We've been eating Colonnade Pizza for over 2 decades and it is still our easy go-to pizza on Friday nights.The staff at the Barrhaven location are always extremely friendly. They are clearly very passionate about the food they make and we love seeing them.If you've driven past any of Colonnade Pizza locations in Ottawa, do yourself a favor and grab a delicious, perfectly baked pie. You won't regret it.
Always tasty!! Me and my friends were arrived there one hour earlier than opening hour. The staff allowed us to enter and order. Pizza was always tasty. Everyone who worked at there was super nice!!

I called recently to place an order not knowing they had not even opened yet. Their chef answered the phone and even took my order so it would be ready when they opened. :)That alone will keep me coming back.The food here is really good, nothing fancy but reminds me of a mom and pop diner. Pizza is great but thick so if you like to stack toppings you may find the dough not quite cooked on the bottom but still very good.
I Order from uber eats got the wrong pizza I try to explain to the lady when I call she was so rude, she said I don't know what to tell you , you should call uber eats, it's not about what she said, but the way she said it, it's not about getting the refund from uber, then she pass mean to another lady, she was a little friendlier, but personally I would never order from that place ever again
