Ordered from Colonnade pizza and yes,they've always been good.BUT not tonight.Put my order in at 7:25 pm and recieved it at approx8:45.The order was pizza and wings.When I called to see where the order was the person said it had left 15 to 20 min ago.Hmmm.It takes awhile for a pizza to get cold in the insulating bag.And it was.Unfortunately no dinner for me.
The outage happens and we call you guys to see if you're open so we can eat something. First call we we're asked to wait on hold. No problem. Someone comes back and hangs up. We call a second time. Someone answers and asks if we will go on hold. We say no problem, as long as you guys get back to us. Few minutes later Someone comes back and hangs up again. We try calling 5 times after that and you guys pickup 2 of the times to hang up. Other 3 tou just ignore our call despite being open. How awful of your team. If you were to busy just say so. We drove past your store to go in search of food and saw you open. Shame on you. You have lost our business and we will be submitting reviews on social media as well.

You honestly can’t go wrong with Colonnade Pizza. Although prices are expensive, you literally get what you pay for!I am also a delivery driver for Uber/Skip/DoorDash, and never had a problem with this place. Owner and staff are super kind!
SOGGY, UNDERCOOKED, OVERPRICED PIZZA! Be aware of what your paying for when you get extra toppings. I paid extra for tomatoes and I received a 1/4 slice of tomato on each slice. After calling and speaking with the manager I was told plainly "ask for extra next time, that's how me make it". I then went to eat it and found that it was undercooked and soggy.
Friendly server. Food was mediocre at best to horrible...definitely not like before. Place was empty and dirty.
Excellent restaurant. Every time I’m in Ottawa… I’ve been to your restaurant! Absolutely love it! 3 times now. I can’t wait to come back! Best lasagna and pizza. The staff was so friendly ! See you all soon ! I’d love to know the history on your restaurant and how long you’ve been in business!
Always enjoy Colonnade Pizza and continue to enjoy their pizzas. However, was extremely disappointed when picking up our pizza to see the two employees in the kitchen were not wearing masks. As a 70 year old I have not been that close (10 feet or so) to an unknown person without a mask in 2 years. Will not go to pick up a pizza there again during this pandemic.
Had family live in Ottawa for years and they always raved about Colonnade Pizza. Gotta say after just one visit I’m hooked. Great pizza with a crusty cheese top and loads of toppings .
UNDERCOOKED PIZZA, VERY DISAPPOINTING.Ordered from UberEats on December 08, 2021 (7:37pm) - Medium meat lovers pizza and spicy garlic dip on the side.The appearance of the pizza looked mouth watering, but as soon as I took my first bite I realized the dough was completely undercooked! At first I thought it was the cheese that made it so stretchy, but upon further inspection I realized it was definitely the dough. I had no other choice but to throw it in my oven to cook it some more.This was definitely not what I expected from such a high priced pizza spot! The first time I went it in to eat, it was absolutely delicious! I'm guessing they changed the cooks.I hope that in the future you guys can gain my trust back, but as of now I will have to stick with dominoes.
I love the pizza here but whenever I order online my order isn’t ready at the pickup time. Tonight I placed my order at 5:45 pm for a 6:20 pm pickup and got an email that my order was accepted. When my husband went to pick it up after work at 6:30 they hadn’t even started making it! He didn’t get home until 7 and by then both my daughter and myself were starving. They seem to ignore online orders so you should call instead, but I prefer to order online.
