Friendly service, great ambiance. I called before going there to ask if they have grapefruit in stock as I made the drive a day earlier and they did not. The girl on the phone said they have it now. Unfortunately when I got my mango grapefruit tea, there was no grapefruit in it. I asked the girl that if she forgot to put it in, but she said "this is not our regular grapefruit, we are using a different one while we wait for the shipment." Quite disappointing. I wish she had told me that over the phone.
Good service. Good bubble tea. Under pressure they still deliver fast service. Not a long wait time. Huge lineup and still averaged 5 minutes per person. Efficient staff.
*** just wanted to say literally the day after my review/ post our problem was resolved and I had the funds sent back in my bank account ** I feel terrible leaving a bad review or saying anything negative because I know that food service is an extremely hard and stressful job/ career no matter what location, restaurant or position. I'd understand if i was rude or ignorant towards staff and acted crazy right away or even days after not receiving my refund but it took really long time and then after the review i finally got it. We LOVE Chatime we still and always will continue to order from here , was first time anything negative ever happened. **** WAS MINE AND MY DAUGHTER'S FAVORITE PLACE UNTIL I HAD TO CANCEL AN ORDER THAN RE ORDER. BOTH ORDERS WERE OVER 30.00 I'VE WAITING OVER A WEEK NOW FOR MY REFUND THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO CALL BACK I'VE CALLED 4 TIMES NOW IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL

I love cha time I use the point system and always tip. However this is my least favourite location. Every time I decide to drop by and have a drink, they're always unavailable.. During covid, very understandable but since the mandates lifting.. The sakura lychee was unavailable and today when I wanted to try the Golden aura that they're featuring; its unavailable too. Should at least make a sign or notice that's its unavailable so I'm not causing a delay of those behinds me for having to decide what to have instead.
A nice place to hang out with your teens/tweens. Has a cozy seating area but super busy at night ..
Horrible experience, after ordering my drink I had to wait 20+ minutes, normally it would only take 5-10 minutes (even if it was crowded which was fine). The Asian lady was not even being apologetic to me after serving my drink so late, instead she just gave me that obnoxious look and turned away. In addition, after drinking my taro I couldn't taste its flavor, it was basically sugar water that I was drinking, it was never like that when they first opened at Nepean, their quality and service really went down never ordering Chatime again.
We walked in for some drinks. My Pregnant wife wanted to use rest room, they are open but the washrooms are closed. We even requested saying she is pregnant but still the answer was Rest rooms are closed at the moment. Even though they are open till midnight which shows on their website.I wish they would’ve trained to be kind towards Pregnant lady & elder people. They could’ve allowed her at least by seeing the Weather outside.Really disappointed ?
We always come to this location. It's very big, well decorated, and has plenty of tables to sit at. Many people just come to chill and work on their laptop. Less now with the pandemic, but it is still an option
nice place! nice staff and really nice bubble tea but they replayed Gangnam Style no cap 15 times.
