Food is good and so is the service. Also they have good deals which save me money. I had two whoppers for eight dollars which I thought was a good deal. The whopper meat was well cooked and there was lettuce, onion, and tomatoes on it. Good value for the money.
Says closes at 10. Everywhere. On google, on their own store front. I walk over there at 9:27 and the door is locked. I walk over to the drive through and the guy says to me: “yeah we close at 10 but our dining area closes at 9:30”So very bluntly and rudely. Cool no problem, I’ll walk myself to the nearest McDonald’s because your reviews speak for themselves, lord knows how the food tastes.
I usually go through the drive through, but tonight I wanted to walk in, the heat wave when I entered this establishment made me feel weak and thirsty and hot within a second. It felt like a heat wave hit me and like the inside of a hot vehicle off on a 40 degree day after hours. The staff were uncomfortable, did not want to work there in the heat and the supervisor said she literally had to go to emergency because the conditions were so hot she could hardly breathe. This was dangerous and a safety concern for me and everyone working there at anytime. Even the Military would send their workers under these conditions home with pay until it was fixed. I am a Veteran and this was deplorable conditions. I personally wanted to not go home and leave them in there. I was concerned for their safety and lives. I beg you The owner of this restaurant, please do the right thing and send your workers home with pay till you fix this. These are people in there who can get very sick or even die under these conditions. The Supervisor said she has to endure this for 12 hrs a day, I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 10 minutes. I was feeling weak and sick after about 2 minutes. The Supervisor said to me that they will have to endure this every day till around November, 5 months working in sauna conditions.
Very friendly and attentive staff at this location. The food tastes like Burger King food is supposed to taste like so that is a definite plus! But the staff are very polite and good at their jobs! Hats off to you guys and gals, and I sincerely mean that! Great job guy and gals!
From the outside this Burger King doesn't look like much, but, what makes this place a hidden gem is a specific worker named, Rani. I'm not sure all the days that she works, but, Wednesday is one of them. As for the food, it is good, ingredients are fresh and the meat is cooked well. If you are in the area, definitely check it out, and if you happen across Rani, then that's even better.
I just had the rudest drive thru guy. I kindly thanked him for my order and asked, very politely, "can I get a BBQ sauce?" And he stuck his hand out and asked "can I get 25 cents?" In the most rude tone I've ever heard. As if I was trying to cheat the system or something. Excuse me me not knowing they cost 25 cents? I had never paid for them at other Burger King locations.To the manager please teach your employees not to be rude...

DISGUSTING!!! The food has suffered in quality over the past few years. Today, decided to get a quick bite before work, went through drive thru. Speaker was not working, and the dt employee was rude. Lettuce was most certainly not fresh, and the bun was hard. Food looked like it was slapped together by a three year old. I understand they have changed owners and mgmt quite a few times, but if they want to stay open, they need to improve their quality.
My son and I placed our order and my son produced his SPC card. The cashier got the manager and he came and told us that they don't accept that card there. But on the door they have the symbol of the card. So why do they not accept it?
Quality Has Gone WAAAYYY Down!I have gone the this BK for years and never wrote a review until now. Only because the quality has gone way down. Today I ordered the 2 chicken sandwiched and 2 small fries special. After waiting in the drive thru line for about 23minutes, I finally received my order. Drove away, only to find out that the fries were a DAY OLD!!! And this was at lunch time on a Saturday. They just don't seem to care about the quality of their food!
