I spent some time on the patio with a group of friends and we really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were great and the service was excellent!
BP has definitely seen better days , their quality of food has declined in the past 5 years. I visited this location today. Average service, wasn’t greeted and waited for 10 minutes at the table before being served. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I ordered Chicken Parmesan but the portion of chicken was way too small and just average tasting for a price of $22. The garlic bread with it tasted weird as though it had some smoky flavour. Really disappointing experience after paying $29 including a pop drink and tip.
TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. Ordered almost $400 worth of food for our staff at work on Sunday. This is the pizza they brought us. Tried calling to speak to a manager. No one was available to take my call. Was told a manager would call me back. No one ever called me back. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for letting burnt pizza leave your kitchen.

It’s surprising this place is still in business. I had the absolutely worse hamburger I have ever eaten. In my opinion if you can’t serve a decent burger then something is seriously wrong. Customer service is also terrible. Obviously this place needs a major shake up in Managment.
We were there at a time when they were extremely busy and understaffed, so I have to stress that this was not a typical visit and our server apologized profusely. The food was very good. The service was slow, but as I said it was totally understandable. The restaurant was clean and the COVID protocols were in place.
This review is only based on takeout. And from this perspective this location really rocks! First the food is just always delicious and served promptly and correctly every time! ( With a dietary restriction involved this is important and these folks really care. ) Next the staff over the phone and in person, especially during Covid time have been wonderful. Just the friendliest! Even with app issues when trying to order online they have no problems working with the customer and just bending over backwards! One of the best locations and that’s why we eat from here often!
I ordered online for take-out, prepaid, but the order was set to pick-up. No big deal. I called in, found out I'm outside their delivery range. I asked them to cancel the order and they confirmed.Five days later the charge is still on my credit card. I called in on Thursday and was told the owner would call me on Friday to reverse the charge. That never happened.Now I'm out $50 for a heart-shaped pizza I never received. The only solace is that I know now for sure to never return to any Boston Pizza, not only for their nonchalant handling of other people's finances, but also for the fact that I got the same pizza, with drinks, for half the price from their competitors.
My family and I had quite an enjoyable time at this BP, with an attentive wait staff. The Covid related protocols were u dertaken, but were not intrusive. The food was great, as always.
Server (Amber) was excellent! Boston Pizza on Hunt Club is always good but the staff make every visit incredible.
