Very rude employee service. Wanted to buy ice-cream tub, they never allow to taste sample while other baskin-robbin location let you taste the favour before buying it. Very unsatisfied with this location services.
Every time I get chocolate chip cookie dough from here there is no chunks in my ice cream and customer service is bad

Unprofessional employee very rude. Walked in with my 7 month old daughter and she wasn't wearing a mask obviously she is a baby, then the employee told me to close the fridge door because she wasn't wearing a mask. Then he had me pay before anything for the cake which made me feel like as if I wasn't gonna pay for it or something. Anyways I will not go back there and will tell all friends and family not to go either.
I like that all flavors are certified halal/kosher except maybe the marshmallow one!

l had a terrible experience, stay away!!!!!! l ordered an ice cream cake for my sons birthday and paid $70 for it. When l got home l noticed my ice cream cake had NO cake only ice cream and they also made it pink for a boy. l called next day to let them know that my ice cream cake had no cake the owner by the name Kim was very rude and doesn't speak English so it was very hard to understand him. Mr. Kim refused to refund my money and was extremely unprofessional. l will never buy from the Merivale location again. Save your money and go to different location.
