Amazing and kind employees at this location. They are all sweet but in particular the tattoo’d gentleman with a higher pitched voice (I don’t know his name) puts a smile on my face. I come here often for just simple sweet potato fries and he brightens my day !!
Completely destroyed a young woman’s confidence and self. Esteem. Call their head office for the full story. No one should be subjected to such cruelty! Shame on AW for such hiring practices.
Super nice staff. Had few issues with my order but it’s all right. The guy who takes the drive thru order (Bill was his name?? I don’t remember tho, he is a white folk who works at the day time usually???) asked me a glass of water instead when I said I don’t want a soda drink as I am cutting down on my liquid calorie and sugar intake. That was no nice of him.??
This establishment is absolutely ridiculous! Only way to obtain some sort of service is to be in a motor vehicle or something of the sort. So no service for truckers that CANNOT FIT in their drive-thru. They wont even let you just walk in the drive-thru like most places allow if you're in a bigger vehicle. So they allow a truck to deliver them their stuff, but refuses to serve them! Pathetic
Door was locked, they would serve people in cars but not me. I walked up to where the cars are to simply order a burger and they refused to serve me citing 'safety' concerns which is just insane. They refused to work with me in any way. They suggested I call uber eats (even though I was -right there-), but i didnt have a phone.
The best AW restaurant in Ottawa area.Service is nice and staff is friendly. Burgers taste excellent!Each time when I order from AW, I always try to order from here as much as possible!
Looking for fast service, fresh food and friendly staff??? A&W highbury park is what you are looking for!! Everyday i get food here and it's always satisfy me... my boy loves his kidcheese burger pack... they offer shakes, smoothies, macchiato, latte, cappuccino drinks to this location as well... ??? good job for an excellent service!!! Mozza and Teen burgers the best!!!

Been going to this location for years however, very recently I couldn't help but notice that the prices just kept increasing. We order the same thing every time, yet in the last few weeks the total would keep changing. The final straw was in six days it increased by another five dollars. The kicker is that currently A&W Canada is promoting their teen burger for 3.99 until April 3 2022 yet, I was charged 7.39 each time. It's really unfortunate because the staff have always been awesome to us and treated us great. I'm just not going to support the unethical business practices.
My family loves A&W, but 30 Highbury Park Drive ottawa Barrhaven restaurant is the worst, don’t go this restaurant. Every times they charged more money than it should be, and sometime gave us teen burger as small as mama burger. I know the price charged us wrong after coupon, but when you looked at the receipt, it’s messed up which you never know what they charge for. Never ever will go this location again.
