They’re fast with food and the iPad ordering system is easy to use. Their service could be better, the workers are so mindlessly working, one of the servers took away my ice cream before I was done. I get you guys are trying to clear the table but you gotta be more attentive and communicative. Just because your English is poor doesn’t mean you can’t try to ask someone if they’re done with their food before you take it. Food is good for all you can eat quality. I’d recommend to try with family and friends for a good muck.
I really wanted to love this place as the lunch price is so inexpensive and I've heard great things from friends. My group and I found two hairs in our food and the waitstaff was not friendly. The sushi was pretty decent but for the reasons mentioned above, we will not be returning.

My partner and I enjoyed our experience at 168 Sushi. It was recommended by a friend and he was right, the sushi was very fresh and tasty. We also loved ordering from a tablet! Service was fast and there was no mistake in our order. Servers are were attentive and very efficient. Looking forward to go again!
They split my group up into two tables and refused to let us sit together despite accepting our reservation. We met for sushi to catch up with friends and couldn't talk to them or see them.The food was okay, ice cream was good.They don't take debit which is odd.Won't be back.
Do not go here anymore. This place was good until the staff started becoming unfriendly, they push a cart of used plates and stuff that smells absolutely horrible while you are eating and FOOD POISONING ALERT. We payed $150 for 5 people and it was a big waste of money. Give your money to the more decent sushi places instead. Their sushi is pretty much the lowest grade in terms of ingredients and prep.
Never have I ever had a bad experience at 168. Food is good and priced similarly to other all-you-can-eat restaurants. The staff has always been friendly with fast service. ong once I ordered some shrimp tempera and they had that on the table in 48 seconds.

The quality of food has gone down the drain. They charge a lot more than before, but the variety , quality of food, and service are very bad.They mentioned that if you pay cash, there is 10% discount.But they charge a lot more than regular price.
