Ice cream tasted great. Staff not very friendly.
This is one of my Go-to FroYo spots to go to despite living on the other end of the city! Customer service is always so friendly and have kept coming back for the past three years.My favourite froyo combo to get is their Oreo flavoured froyo along with an insane amount of sprinkles. (Yes… sprinkles still makes me happy ?)I’ve also ordered their blueberry-mango slush and I LOVED EVERY SIP ??
Just as frozen yoghurt should be. Loved the flavors and the toppings were a good choice too. Will be back again
Taste is good , price is great.. i gave 4 stars because of limited variety of fruit flavours for the FROYO
I LOVE YOGURTYS and so does my grandma so I HAD to take her! the toppings are the best part of making your own lil bowl!My fav toppings are: popping boba, cheesecake chunks, sliced almonds, fresh strawberries and fresh mango! It tastes like heavenAnd the new tarp flavour is pretty spot on to the real fruit bubble tea’s taro bubble tea (I wouldn’t say it’s truly authentic but I like it:)”The employees were a bit rude but I don’t really care as long as I have my yogurtys fix 10-15 mins away from my house:)
The Ice cream here is alright; The best one is the Vanilla ad Oreo in my opinion. But the other flavours taste bitter D:
Great options. And high quality frozen yogurt and ice creams. Very expensive however.
The food was okay but the staff was mostly the problem. There was an Asian male cashier with dark hair mid 20s, he was very rude and was treating me as if I was dumb, felt like he wanted to yell at me. I was nothing but polite and respectful but I felt attacked because I wasn’t getting the same respect. Very rude and disrespectful, ruined my mood and experience. This isn’t the first time he’s been rude and I see that a lot of the reviews are saying the same about him.
One of the workers needs more training. Asian male around early-mid 20s with glasses and dark hair. I couldn't hear him that well but every sentence he said sounded like he was about to yell at us. We were polite the whole time. Based on the other low reviews mentioning him, it doesn't seem to be a case of him just having a bad day either. I have social anxiety and even though the bubble tea was good, his demeanor makes me want to avoid coming here again, or at least alone. How has he been working here for 2 years with the way he serves customers?
Clean, organized and friendly staff. Reasonable prices depending on what you’re looking for. Definitely worth a visit!
