I just called in to speak to the manager or customer service Luke 2 my ins ago. And this lady hang up on me. She refused to give her name or ID she had an accent and was rude. She told me she had alot of order she told me to screw off and she was too busy to pass me on to her manager or supervisor she LITERALLY HANG UP ON ME like if what this world is become then I'm just going to give up on humanity. I really hope I hear back from management about this terrible experience!.What a SICK NASTY WOMAN she was!Honestly don't order from this pplTerrible you experience!
Bar tender was polite and kind. Manager was friendly and greeted me at the bar. Service was good and food is always good for a pub environment. I’ve been here many times killing a couple of hours waiting for my son to finish hockey practice. My only negative, is that the beautiful HD TV’s are broadcasting in standard definition. It’s 2022, everyone has HD now. Time to upgrade you Bell box.
I really love the chicken wings here! The staff and owner are also very nice and helpful.

I rarely leave reviews… but in this case I HD to reach out and provide a warning. First of all the chicken quesadilla was soggy and inedible, second and most disgusting of all; the poutine was horrendous, I took one bite and immediately had to hold back vomit from what I can only describe as a foul rotten tasting gravy and styrofoam like cheese curds. Will not be ordering from here again, I’d advise you to do the same.
My 10 year old cousin had to run to the washroom really quick and as a child he could not hold it in any longer. So we went inside here for just a quick stop so he can use the washroom. We walked in and he politely asked the waitress at the front to use the washroom and she asked him (A 10 YEAR OLD KID) if he was a customer and he said no. She then proceeded to say VERY RUDELY "Okay, then leave. Washrooms are for customers only." Seriously dude..... did you just deny a little kid the washroom. Forget about even coming here as a customer to eat, if this is how they treat a kid they definitely need some help.
Worst WW I have been to. WW is my favorite wings spot, but this one was very disappointing.Before anything, the waitress was super great, helpful and hard worker. But there were 26 people in the restaurant and only 1 waitress. She deserves a medal.The place itself had too many problems:1. The 50% Wings on Tuesday is a scam at this place. You're supposed to get a drink per person not per pound. So if I wanna order 3lbs myself, I can't order 3 drinks, but the 3 lbs will be half off.2. The discounted pound did not come with carrots, fries, side sauce.3. The place was so understaffed.4. There was no pineapple juice.The wings were okay. Not bad but not excellent.Management sucks at this place. Message me back when management changes to give this place another shot.

Soft drinks are still bottomless (a bit watered down than most) as of 13-Jun-2021.The -1 star is due the inconsistency in how they toss the wings... Some wings in the same bowl were only slightly sauced while others were completely covered. The dry rub ones were only about half coated (no - stars for this as the dry herbs were the issue not the tossing.
