I wasn't happy with my order. The taste needs to be improved. I order a large wrap in a pita. I thought I would be full after that. The reality it was more of salad wrap.. shawarma hardly peeking through. Half of the wrap is plain bread.Ended up paying 28$?!!!?!Why?I wanted to support the restaurant among many others I got to chose from, but I wasn't well served.Brother, you have to take some of thesevl comments to improve costumers experiences.

Zero stars if I can. We just got chicken skewer for our kid and it smelt of burnt rubber. We opened after walking a while in the mall to see how charred the pieces were. It was super bland and tasted like carbon. Why would someone sell something like this? How is this allowed to be run like this? Tourists like us get fooled to pay such price for lame service and food.Avoid at all cost!

Like many of the other reviews on here - the food is good and one of the better options in the food court but the staff is so insanely rude which is why I am rating them 1 star and why I don't go there as often. The staff will ignore you for as long as they possibly can before having to take your order. Lately I have been getting the RokBox which is good - but the staff tried to tell me it doesn't come with pickles. It literally says on their website it comes with pickles, and the picture of it on their menu screen has pickles on it? I feel as though the staff are intentionally combative and need a MAJOR attitude adjustment.

I tried this place for the first time and I was very disappointed because the food did not taste good. The chicken was terrible and the tahini was very sour and very uneenjoyable. So pricey for something no worth it. Don’t even bother getting the rokbox. They just put rice and chicken.

There is no doubt the chicken platter tastes good.But….What about the customer service?Except the girl working on the cash everyone seemed like they don’t respect the customers. Had a very straight face and a weird attitude while asking for options. Also it’s actually like an assembly line, half of the platter will be prepared by guy x and the other half by guy y and you move around the counter to place your order and ensure that both the guys listened to what you want. The experience can surely be improved. And most importantly the quantity is very less for the price they charge and as compared to what other shawarma places provide. The salad & sauces taste good.Would I come again? Not exactlyTaste 5/5Quantity 2/5Quality 4/5Service 2/5

Bad customer service that spoils the amazing food experience. Just putting smile on and talking to customers is definitely very much needed. This location is close to my work and I definitely would love to go for lunch .

Worst Shawarma ever had. Manager is extremely rude. Asked for Chicken Shawarma, barely any chicken went back to complain. Instead of accepting the mistake called me a liar,Why would I lie for just a stuff like that. I was embarrassed and felt really degraded would rather go to some other establishments instead of feeling proud of the Name of " Villa Madinah" sorry they should change the name.

I'm so disappointed with the quality of food that Villa Madina is putting out. I even asked them at the store if this looks like what is advertised and I paid $12+ (Rok Box) for is as advertised and 4 people standing behind the counter said yes. Full of rice with 2 spoons of chicken masked with tehani. Villa Madina you have lost a loyal 20 yr customer today.

Some of the worst food in the Greater Toronto Area. I will never forget in 2018 I came here and the food was horrible it’s so horrible that sometimes I think about it and come here to look at the reviews the other reviewers are continuing to review poorly on this establishment. I do not understand how these people make money and are still in business with the food that they serve is unbelievable I still dream of my refund as I spent $17 on there food 4 years ago. which I honestly feel like I should’ve donated to a food bank, but instead was take from me. What a shame.

I got a large falafel wrap. I asked for garlic and hummus, the first employee spread the hummus and garlic out the majority of the wrap into each end of the wrap, comedically leaving nothing in the center. For this reason I asked for extra garlic, got that but he spread everything into the edges once again, I could taste this. It's like he had no training or idea on distributing the sauce for the whole wrap. I wanted all toppings including 4 chilli peppers in the wrap as this location does not have pickles. They refused and then when I insisted an employee said he'd give them on the side. I also asked for tabouli and he refused then said it'd be extra, I said sure and he ignored it. Finally when it's time to get my pickled chilli peppers the employee turns around like a child and ignores me. They didn't put tabouli even though I accepted that they'd charge extra. Their cashier had to get me the chillis on the side. Before turning around the employee lectured me about how the wrap can't have too much stuff in it. This contradicts your own company's decisions to have the same amount of toppings plus pickles at the BCC location. Won't ever come here again, the vegan garlic piqued my enthusiasm but the customer service is off putting. Disappointing. Good food with an annoying and arrogant employee.
