We read good Google reviews and decided to give the Veggie Planet restaurant a try. The restaurant offers vegetarian and vegan options.Parking is plentiful and free. Free Wi-Fi. The inside of the restaurant definitely needs updating and cleaning; not that's its totally disgusting but just needs a good clean. When you enter the restaurant the menu is posted on a wall that is easily read but it does not have any explanation below each menu item which makes you wonder what's it made out of. I think by offering a few words underneath each item giving an explanation as to what it is would definitely help people who are not of East Indian descent. The washroom (there is only one shared washroom) itself was not totally clean but again not totally disgusting; which is similar to the inside decor of the restaurant.Food: we love the fact that there is the option of having your food fried or baked. The Indian Samosa is a definite five star! It was delicious and the chutney sauce that accompanied it was excellent. The Vada Burger and Kachori Burger were absolutely awesome and is something we would definitely order again. We love the fact that the burgers came loaded with lettuce onions cucumbers tomatoes in other words it was extremely flavourful, better than any other fast food restaurant. We ordered two sides, one potato wedges and onion rings. The potato wedges were very well seasoned and crispy and is a definite 5-star side dish. The onion rings however lacked flavour and crunch; we were quite surprised that you only get 6 small onion rings. We only give this 2 stars and would definitely not order the onion rings again.Although there are signs posted throughout the restaurant for customers to clean up their table, not all customers are respectful and this unfortunately leaves several tables dirty. Staff need to pay better attention to cleaning tables and chairs as there were several dirty tables and chairs upon our arrival. The Basil Pesto Naanza is fantastic! The crust is thin and crispy, vegatables, broccoli peppers olives and feta cheese make it taste extremely velvety and creamy. This is a definite 5-star dish. The Schezwan Naanza is equally fantastic with an added zing of spice! The red peppers green peppers broccoli green onions black olives and mushrooms make this a definite 5-star dish. While we were there, several East Indian families came into this restaurant which makes us think it's definitely an authentic East Indian food restaurant. So the real question is, would we return? The answer is a definite yes! We do hope the owners do a cleaning but it's the food that we were definitely impressed with

The most unique menu that I have seen so far, service was good. Loved the food. Tried Schezwan Naanza, vada pav, Tawa pulav and Masala soda. Enjoyed everything.

Nice place to have a fusion mix of the Indian style chaats. The chat pizza is the best fusion till date!! ?perfect mix of thin crust base with chat toppings on top, must try dish at this place. The vada pav also was quite delicious. Chat haven for all vegetarians out there!!

Pani puri was ok. Teekha pani was very bland in taste.Dahi puri was good. We had dabeli and pav bhaji which were not that tasty.

I was very excited to try this Indian - western fusion and vegan friendly place and am so glad I did. I got the vegan versions of naanza, pav bhaji pizza, kachori burger and kawa nuggets. The pizzas were very well done. The kachori burger was pretty good too. Will definitely be back to try their other menu items.

I have been there multiple times.Never had a problem. But today was horrible experience. We ordered Veg nuggets and veg noodles today. The noodles were SO BLAND.No salt at all.Got 6 nuggets in total and the noodles were just tasteless.Everytime the service is just going bad to worse. And seeing the previous reviews, before you claim you did not serve me,I have also uploaded the receipt.Update: I am not any person who will give the review based on a single experience.I called back after sometime and was treated very rudely by the person who was on the other end.I should have mentioned your customer service as well in the previous post.I was not offered any exchange/return but instead was told that you have sold the same noodles to other people as well and no one has complained.I am a business owner and I know for a fact how these reviews play an important part in running a business.Having said that, you certainly are not capable enough to accept your mistakes or any kind of constructive crticisim which is really sad.All the reviews that you have replied to have been just bashing the customers for mistakes made at your end.I wish you all the best. This is certainly NOT the way to respond back to someone who gave you business (be it worth a dollar or more). We're all HUMANS and this is certainly not how you behave/react when someone tries to come across with an issue that they may face while being a customer.Kudos to the customer service as well.

Very bad place to eat . Ordered pav bhaji and got something else. Horrible taste and zero customer satisfaction. Plss don’t waste ur time and money.

It's a nice place and food is good too. They have a very different menu not regular dal sabzi.

Amazing food and service!!Must try schezewan naanza and veggie burger?.

I visited them multiple times. There food is really good and fresh. If anyone likes Indian fast food this is the best place to visit. The most important thing to try there is chaat pizza. Its the best thing of this place. They also provide swaminarayan version of food.I tried samosa chaat, chaat pizza, noodle burger, kachori burger, vada burger. In chat pizza they mix some vegetables with some masala and on top of that they put curd and plain sev. It tastes so delicious.Samosa chat was also good.Noodle burger was okay. I mean its edible. Kachro burger and vada burger was also good.So overall food was good. It’s really worth trying.
