Amazing "chicken " pot pie tasted soooo good i actually got box back outta garbage, couldn't believe it wasn't a chicken pot pie...and their spanikopeta...outta this world. Pastry light and fluffy but filling is the best. But my new favourite, their bacon.. nice thick strip cooks up just like bacon I make a "bacon and egg" stir fry I'm hooked you just have to try it.
Since we didn't know anything about vegan diet, their friendly staff show us their selections and explained all our questions. Their Jamaican veggie patties were excellent, must try.
I found out about Veggie Paradise through an online search for vegan catering and saw the great reviews, so had to give them a try. I'm so glad we did. They are 100% vegan. We ordered catering/take out party trays and the food was absolutely delicious. Our favourites were the Hakka noodles and the Kung Pao soy chikn with vegetables. Kathy was extremely helpful throughout the entire ordering process and ensured all our needs were met. We also got to try some amazing-tasting donuts (faves were the donut holes, creme brulee and the ube donuts, but you can't really go wrong with any of them as they were all very good). Needless to say, we will be back!
Delicious lunch! Kung Pao vegan meat, rice, lots of vegetables, with hot sauce. The lady who served me was very nice and helpful, as well. I bought a few of their frozen vegan meats and TVP to try at home. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area!
I work not far from Veggie Paradise and treat myself every so often to their hot lunch. I usually have the Kung Pao dish and it never disappoints. Yesterday I took home a frozen pack of their Ginger Soy for my husband and myself to try. We absolutely LOVED it!! They also have other tasty stuff to stock up on at their location on Atlantic Drive. I highly recommend checking them out!
I'm not even vegan and their food is delicious. I placed my first online order and Kathy was amazing over email and even more amazing in person when I picked it up. Loyal customer moving forward.
This one of the gems for truckers who do not eat meat. vegan food eaters can order best food and the way they cook is like your mother is preparing food for you.Now i am their customer and ordered 10 meals for my 70 hours or week cycle. I am a regional and long haul truck driver used to bring my home cooked food but many of times food get worse and smelly. Specially if you dont have fridge. They will freeze the food for you and prepare it so well that you dont need to do anything special just microwave it and enjoy. It is must recommendable for vegetarians, vegan trust me you will definitely visit again.

This place is a hidden gem with a big variety of frozen vegan meats. They even sell Just Egg (see photos)! they also sell some warm foods such as vegan chicken pot pie. I got some veg meatballs, vegan Jamaican patties, just egg, and a chicken pot pie. The lady Cathy in the store was super helpful and really sweet. Will definitely be coming back here for more!
I love their huge selection of vegan frozen products! I’ve tried their vegan shrimp and the kung pao madness which were both so delicious! I recently went to their location to get some vegan bacon and heard they’re carrying just egg plant eggs which was awesome to know! The ladies there were all so unbelievably nice and so sweet, I felt very welcomed. I will be coming back here for sure to get some soy curls and so much more!
