Absolutely the best Fried Chicken I have ever had. Truly a craft fried chicken, this isn’t just flour, salt / pepper and chicken + hot oil, it is a thought out and treated breast (bone in). Marinated / brined.. seasoned to perfection. I get this every time I fly through Toronto and have taken doggie bags..
Stopped in here between flights at the Toronto Airport and had a very beautiful, delicious and creative dish! Jasmine rice topped with Grilled Chicken, Egg, Green Onions and Cilantro. My server Regla was very nice, helpful and attentive. Thank you
Typical higher airport prices, but the food is well made and a little better quality than some of the fast-food options. We had the cheeseburger with fries and the club chicken sandwich with a house salad. Everything was delicious and our server was really nice.
Beef Curry was delicious and paired it with a stella! They didn't rush you, and were very hospitable!
Unexpectedly good. I have mediocre expectations of airport food. There is so many variables that can cause it to be a poor experience. However, the staff was friendly, fast, and professional. The veggie omelette had actual flavor and the fruit was good.Usually unripe fruit but no.It is not cheap but it is an airport restaurant in Toronto, so set your expectations appropriately.
Food was OK, but not really memorable. The service was really great though. That's what I enjoyed the most.
So good so far. Nice way to spend an hour between flights. The staff are very nice and the beer is exactly as it should be.
Our breakfast was excellent! The server was quite efficient and nice. The rice and egg breakfast with jasmine rice and green onion was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend it; very flavourful. The the sunny side with scrambled eggs was very good. We got seated, had coffee and juice delivered quickly, and our breakfast was delivered very soon afterward, hot. We loved that everything was a little different from your standard fare at a breakfast place. For an airport breakfast, I could not have been more impressed! The background sound system was playing some weird spoken word broadcast, but the overall ambiance was otherwise exceptional - for an airport...
As far as airport food goes, this was definitely a pleasant surprise! The garlicky spinach was awesome, and I would come back just for a plate of the twisted fries. Pastrami sandwich was decent, but truthfully was outshone by the sides. All in all, I'd eat here again! (Though I hope to never EVER travel through Pearson again; absolute nightmare of an airport... But that's a different review)
We were greeted very quickly and seated. The servers took our orders and we received our drinks right after. There was a small hiccup with our order taking a bit to come out but our server gave us complimentary orange juice while we waited and additional side dish.I had the yogurt bowl which was a big portion and had a great taste to it. Could not complain about the food and they made up with the service.Highly recommend trying this spot if you’re travelling through this airport.
