Small place but coffee was hot. Not a huge Tim coffee person but enjoyed my beverage.
This "Tim Hortons" is inside the "On route" facility area that is on highway 4o1 for the public and the long distance travails.This area has lots of food related business mostly for dining and relaxing."On route " has gasstation and public washroom ? facility too.You can see these stations after each 60...65 km trevilling I think so.Having this kind of facility during trevilling is a great thing.
Is a convenience place take a short break,to get a coffee n a donuts Quality of products always keep consistence.

Most of the time the service is fine, but some days I'm met with rude employees. Please ensure your staff are being polite to customers. Google showed opening time was 9:30am and the app had let me order, so I assumed they were open. When I arrived, the gate was still closed. I asked one of the staff when they open and she said 10:30. Fine, I waited until 10:30. The employee who had opened the gate was very rude to us customers who were waiting outside of the gate, as if she were frustrated that we had been standing there waiting. After receiving my order and being on my way, I noticed my latte was cold, not even warm in the slightest. Like it had been sitting on the counter for an hour. So, firstly, ensure that your hours on Google are updated. Secondly, if people are able to order ahead of time on the app, but you don't open for another hour, maybe don't make their order until you open, to ensure the customer's drink isn't cold when they get it? And lastly, ensure your staff are trained properly on customer service. It isn't the customers' fault they didn't know you weren't open at the time that is posted online.

Not enough staff and front end. When I get my coffee it is cold and also by time I get it my break is over
Online specials are great!! Always quick and efficient service.
Service is slow . They talk rude you have to say what you need for 3 times to undrstund you.
