Cashier are more interested in talking rather then serving the customers . I was waiting and one girl and guy was taking . They keep looking at me and still talking until I break my silence and told them can I order ? The tea was cold and stall
I had visited on Tuesday at Tim Hortons at Dixie mall. A cashier name GAGAN was very rude. He treated me like a garbage and he's talking to some other language with teammembers. Full of discrimination and racism. I wish someone take a serious note again this behaviour and provide training and tell teach him some respect as well.
I am writing this review for 1250S service road Tim Hortons. This happened in front of my eyes on Sunday(21st November 2021). A guy who was in front of me told cashier that yesterday he ordered French Vanila and it was watery in the reply cashier said show me a proof do u have reciept? Or show me transaction? Other crew member tried to help him but that rude cashier was being mean to her crew member as well. I’m just wondering that is this the way customers should be treated? I thought Tim’s can replace coffee any time. Isn’t a Tim’s policy? Or if not why cashier need to create a huge situation just for a coffee which cost under $2. I’m Very very disappointed to see this attitude in TIM Hortons. If any manager or general manager read this comment so please take a serious action and give a good training to your employees how to deal customers and how to behave team members professionally because they have a self- respect as well. Unorganized...staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of customers. One rep seemed to be put off by the customers...almost like we were an nconvenience to her. And when I got my order it was not correct ?
It's been a month at this location with a broken machine, coffee shop without Espresso.It's becoming very popular now at Tim Hortons that they don't have Espresso because of a broken machine, this is not the first nor the last branch with the same issue.Cumon guys you can't call yourself a coffee shop when you don't serve the simplest.
Opens at 10:00 a.m.? really ?when they serve coffee and breakfast ?- what the hell is wrong with this place -Dunkin donuts needs to come back to Toronto
If I could give it 2 stars because of the slow service that they were really slow in service more than 7 people in line only 1 cashiers are open totally don't come here if you are in a hurry
I always go to tim hortons all the time. I love their coffee and their breakfast sandwich.
Coffee and Muffin was great but restaurant is shabby and the ?ladies room was dirty , toilets nasty looking and the entire bathroom ?smells very bad. Ick!
