Vegetarians stay away from this location. I ordered a caprese sandwich today. The girl made a bacon sandwich before mine. The juice from that bacon sandwich was dripping and her gloves were all wet with that. She didn't even bothered to change them. Instead she make my sandwich with the same gloves. Being working in GTA, where so many people are vegetarian, these things should be taken seriously. Just like you took net allergy seriously.
For such a small location and having way too many stuff they don't get your order right and it takes 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee This is the worst Tim hortons in mississaugaAlso I don't understand why you'd put someone new at the till When it's during the busiest times
If I could leave less than one star I wouldOrdered 4 coffees and not one was correct and the coffee was burnt donuts were stale to the point where the toppings didn’t even stickStaff was rude
There is nothing more frustrating than asking for a toasted bagel with butter and cheese and you get a barely toast bagel as in not even warm and butter only on one side. I know this is a busy location but running a bagel through a toast on super fast speed doesn't count as being toasted if it's still cold. And why does butter only get applied on one side of the bagel??This is not a one off, it happens very regularly here.
I’m a daily customer. I come in the evening everyday and I’ve never had any problems since two days I m seeing a new manager Devika, she is so rude, she acts so bad. Rest all the girls are fine, but this devika is so rude. She’s far from a manager, she shouldn’t even be an employee there. How can someone like her be a manager! She should work on her attitude and customer handling skills
I visit here often because I work in the area. They have a fantastic team who always seem to be flawless with their serving. They are kind and quick and I very rarely ever get an order that isn't made right.Way to go!

Very very bad service, Rude….. Manager is so rude, you might not like to go to that location again, I presented coupon and she literally said we don’t take it, with excuse sometime we take and sometimes don’t. Even I ordered a toasted bagel and they hand overs without toast with butter literally you just want to throw away.
Make sure you check your order, they almost always miss something. I grab coffee for all my co-workers everyday and get inconsistently good service. They're quick and polite however the accuracy needs serious work.
Not sure if people working there know how to actually run a food business. Service needs improvement.
