There’s nowhere else to stop so unfortunately I have to stop here and have always had problems with forgetting cream cheese on bagels or even just food items. Extremely rude ladies that serve people at the end of the line that make their orders first and don’t pay. Who owns this place!?
The Coffee was bad, cream was spoiled..DIARREA for sure..never go there again..

I went to this place today morning everyone start there day with good mood but this lady with name PREETI was so annoying on drive thru side she spoke so rudely she don’t know how to do customer service i think she need some rest in her life … and don’t know how to talk to someone… make sure manager will see this and god bless with good people in this tim
Bad Customer service so rude instead being sorry they yell and always issue with Payment they make you feel it is your fault
worst Tims ever I went to get toasted bagel with butter. you can see the pictures below how they toast it and coffee or tea is always cold and bad smell.

Horrible drive-thru etiquette. This location is near my home and so I come to this location on a daily basis, but NOT ANYMORE!!!! I waited 3.5 minutes at the drive thru speaker for my order to be taken even AFTER I kept saying “hello, can someone please just take my order?” And nobody answered me! Meanwhile I heard the drive -thru attendant beginning/continuing to take orders on the other drive thru speaker and also have conversations with other Tim Hortons attendants at the same time. After 2 cars drove by she finally decided to respond to me!People are on their way to work or on coffee breaks, WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HAVE OUR TIME WASTED!!!! I was literally on the clock!!!! I’m really disappointed in the customer service I received and I will definitely NOT BE returning to this location ever again. I truly hope this unprofessionalism doesn’t continue because you’d be surprised at how a horrible drive-thru experience can ruin your entire day!
