Came here for a breakfast sandwich during breakfast and They had no eggs and no plant based meat as they advertised. Tim Hortons has really gone downhill since being taken over.
Why are they always telling which car to go in which order?? Or saying to stay still at the ordering mic until they’re ready for you to pull up?! Bizarre please just take and prepare orders

Decent service. Kind of zombi-ish interaction with customers but the order is usually the right one. I would advise this business to put more effort into their customer service.
I can give this tim Horton less than 1 star , my friend ordered egg farmers wrap and they provided him with bacon and eggs wrap thou the cover said egg and he does not eat bacon at all, this is not the first time the order has been screwed this is a regular routine at this Tim’s we mostly order coffee from this tim for work as this is the closest tim and they always mess up our order either their staff is over whelmed with work or either this tim has really lazy employee , my friend went to complaint about the farmers wrap and the answer was we do not have a manager on duty only supervisor and that supervisor did not seem to be concerned at all to offer some kind of apology or offer some meal or anything at all , thou pictures were provided.Just a note to the owner you really need to pay Attention to what your staff is doing as this will make you loose business I am just one of the upset customer don’t know how many more people face the same issue.
Why do staff constantly serve me as an example... Two coffees, and a muffin, serve customers who are after me in line before I get my order? The customer after me got her coffees, before I got my order only because I had a muffin part of my order. Two staff members were handling my order separately. Really!!! The muffin staff member was slow. I got told by staff, we only make the coffee when my other food is completed. Seriously. I should have gone through the drive through takeout. ?
Usually when at Tim Hortons I request to have the bacon thrown into the microwave to make it crispy. Every Tim Hortons accommodates besides this one. They said “they are not allowed to do this”. Which was upsetting because every other tims I have been too would happily do so.Then I had ordered a new item on their menu, the iced tea quencher, and they give me a lemonade! Was in a hurry and didn’t realize until I drove away. Very upsetting experience
One of the best Tim Hortons that I have been. Really fresh foods and excellent customer service. Had a small problem with one of the employees but was addressed immediately and was very satisfied.
It was excellent. The menu options were good, the service was excellent and the food was tasty.
Worst service . Last night I ordered orange pekoe tea with 3 milk 3 sugar . There was no sugar or milk in my tea . Please don’t waste my money or time there are so many tim hortons i can go there . Last visit to this tim hortons will never ever go to this location. Order timing 12:20 am .
