Great service at this location. Food, staff and overall service was amazing at this location. One staff member who stands out exceptionally well is Mustafa Akbar who's commitment and dedication is without a doubt flawless, great work. Not to mention he really knows how to stir up a good enjoyable conversation while on the job. Ask for him when you visit this location, and you will leave satisfied.
Coffee does not taste good, not mixed well, they always have a lineup at the drive through, even if you go inside they keep you waiting.Not recommended if you have another tim bottoms on your daily commute
I am very happy with the service of this Tim Hortons. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Especially Manpreet is very humble and polite. She helped me deciding the meal. I would like to recommend this location for everyone who want to enjoy a good breakfast . Thanks again for your service Manpreet.
I came in the afternoon. Being a busy location the staff was so good and calm specially the girl Manminder was doing so good. She handle the front so well. I liked the way she treated me as customer.
Customer service was short and not friendly. I went thru the drive thru 7am... first thing where they're should be a large assortment and fresh. I requested a nice assortment of different donuts and I received squished, stale and numerous of the same kind?? I work hard for my money and not happy when I arrived at work to treat my staff and looked in the box. Come on!
Just came through about an hour ago. The location was evidently busy, but we didn’t mind the wait. My fiancé came up to the window to pay, and was about to grab straws for our drink when the person at the window literally screamed at him to grab the straws quickly. I wish I was over exaggerating.My fiancé is too nice to be confrontational, so he still thanked her and drove off, but we were both shocked at how the girl yelled at him and we literally did nothing. I was so angry that I called the store to complain, only to have an employee excuse this behaviour. They stated that she was stressed because she was being rushed at the drive through. Is this not an issue? Not only are employees stressed, but this is being taken out on paying customers. How exactly is this a good practice? How are people paying to support this location only to be yelled at? AVOID this location
0 stars if possible.If you want to grab a coffee and sit down at a table, walk down to the circle K/Tim Hortons at Eglinton, order, bring the order back to this Tim Hortons, then grab a seat. Doing this will SAVE YOU TIME! The worst managed Tim Hortons I've ever been to.I, unfortunately, once again came into this location and walked out with nothing after standing in line for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me. The staff there have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
To the lady working night shift drive through on may 9th 2022 - wake up please and take my order or call someone from inside to take my order. Shouldnt have to wait 10 mins. Also no need to be rude, im just trying to have a coffee
This drive thru is the absolute worst, extremely slow service. Doesn't matter what time you go, if it's during rush service or if there's only a few cars in line, you are looking at a 20 minute wait minimum from entering the line up, ordering to getting your products. There is no sense of urgency at all. I used to work at Tims for years when I was younger (not this location) and I know the drive thru is timed and there is a target to meet..seems like the franchise owner of this location really doesn't care at all about their rating. Terrible, terrible service....even Starbucks drive thru is faster than this location...sad to say it's true.
i visited near about 12pm today and i got excellent service . five stars are not enough for that girl who served me with great smile. the store was extremely busy but they made my order perfectly… i love steeped tea and southwest wrap…. they hired great staff god job guys
