Thee WORST for dine in. They only have one cashier serving, he said he was there 12 hours plus.The other team members solely focus on the drive thru and mobile orders, where they have a timer to run them through quickly.What about us???? The dine in customers?? Look at the line up!!!!!!!Do better Shabana Khalid!!!!!!
Very busy location. Usually solid service comparative to the volume they need to process.Sometimes they can be a bit short (tempered) and not super friendly but they get the line through and the job done - can't be easy in a location that is always slammed. Especially these days.4 stars due to drinks all the iced coffees and the hot tea not being filled up to a reasonable amount. (The only thing we ordered so... Y'know).
Check your drive-thru orders before you leave! Super friendly people but more often than not if you order hash browns they will not be in your bags. And most annoying sometimes when you complain they'll tell you they gave them to you, give you a guilt trip, and then give you the hash browns.
I have never regretted going to Tim Hortons when ever visiting Canada. They are always good as usual.
I will give 0 star if the system allows. Waited for 2 drinks for 15min. No one told me that they were fixing the smoothie machine. Finally we switched the orders to icecaps without any refund or coupons. The person who gave us the drinks didn't say a word to us. I have no clue why they were so negative, like we should be responsible for their machine break down.
The most rude and incompetent drive through staff. First off, they rush your order. They try to get you through the drive through as quick as possible. The ladies usually working at the window are very rude. My order is always wrong. When you ask them a question at the window, they give a random response to try and get you through. Terrible spot, find another.
I was at the heartland location of Tims and Wendy's at 12.30 on Sunday 1 May 1022. To my surprise the store was filthy. It appeared as if they did not clean when they closed last night. The tables were greasy and food particles and used tissues on floor everywhere. Tried to talk to a Manager the staff at the counter of Tim's said the manager is not in the store. At wendy's told the girl at the front and she first said 2 staff members are off and then she got offended and told me to go home..when I said get a cleaning company to clean the place. There was a customer who wanted to use the washroom and there was no toilet paper. It was so disgusting. Will not step in there for a long time!!! Filthy, dirty, health compromised. A very bad place to be honest.
I have been making purchases from various Tim Hortons daily for over 35 years and this location is consistently THE WORST I have ever been to.Rude, slow staff. Orders are frequently wrong, food quality is low compared to other locations.Would give a 0 star review if I could.Just abysmal.
First time at this location and I asked for two Bagels with double herb and garlic cream cheese and this is what I got! I want my money back!!!!
