If you like getting harassed for money in the morning this is the Tim Hortons for you. Guy pops out from behind the building and sign and demands change.
The staff don’t stir your drink. The sugar is bottomed out in the cup along with the flavor shots. Ask them to stir it or get a stirrer.
Tim Hortons is a good place to get donuts if you want a quick snack or just don't have time to wait at Krispy Kreme and they also have great drinks, breakfast sandwiches, wraps and if you don't want a sandwich they will let you have bacon strips and tons of other things.
Dont buy soup from here. The brocolli cream soup i bought here smelt very toxic and had a bad odour to it. I could barely swallow the soup. I usually buy the brocolli soup from here but this time i bought it on April 9th 2022. The soup smelt very poisonous. I had to leave the soup. I did not finish it….it had an unusual smell that is not the regular soup smell. Very bad smell. That can make someone throw up and it tasted really toxic too. Very sharp taste to the soup. Unusual taste. Not the regular soup taste of the brocolli soup i usually buy there…
Looking at my bill tonight I realized I was charged $7.99 for a sandwich combo, but all I got was a the sandwich. There was no mention of anything else, pretty expensive for just the sandwich. The person couldn't grasp the order then had to get someone else involved which repeated the order. I wanted something quick, but it wasn't. I asked also for a muffin warmed up with butter, got a warm muffin with no butter after they asked me twice. I tried calling them three times, and no one answers the phone. I also wanted to use a gift card I was given at Christmas time had $50 on it and i had only used the card once since I got it. There was definitely a balance on it, but they told me there was nothing on it. I had to pay $12.06 out of my own pocket. This is not the first time this has happened with their gift cards.
Standard Tim Hortons. Good donuts, good coffee, good tea, good food. Service was friendly and fast. You can now sit down and eat freely without masks - that was the only difference that I observed.
This location doesn't use porcelain mugs, only disposable. I asked for lemonade and it came in plastic. The place I was going to sit had a dirty table and I couldn't find a single napkin to wipe it off with. Recommend another location if you have the option.
Tim Horton....always a fun place for me and my friends we enjoy it a lot...any time any occasion...regardless breakfast deals, lunch, or dinner. Everything is fine with Tim time.
I activated my offer, went to pay and tried to confirm that my offer worked and the drive thru cashier said no it doesn’t work, you have to activate the offer…which I already did. It was buy 1 wrap, get one free. He says no, it isn’t coming up free. What’s the point of activating your offers if they don’t even work? Waste of time.
Get the order right. No matter how clearly I mention, you guys always get it wrong. I cannot throw out my order every time because of your carelessness. It's a hectic job, I get it.. but that doesn't justify giving out wrong orders.Get the order right!
