Tuesday morning at 10:30am ( peak time ) 12- 14 workers, working hard the drive-thru very fast and line up in dine in was little bit slow but everything good and the workers was nice specially there is a lady speak Arabic was very nice and look professional, the food was good tooI love the display of ice cream and the store was full with ppl in the same time the store was sharp cleanedAfter i putted the review, i went to ask the hard worker lady about her name, she said “ Neran”I wish her a good day and thank her for hard working

I have gone two times, and both of times they didnt have food service around 9 pm, which is a decent hour to get dinner. Also, the employee wasn't aware about sugar options, we asked for alternative sugar (splenda) and this person didn't even know what it was, even though it was just next to the cashier. Also, I ordered 3 ice coffees, and they were totally different volumes, some of them were filled less than the usual. Please, train your staff better. And lastly, the bakery food is kind of old, dry texture, and it tastes stale.

They charged me twice for one combo.I used mobile pay to purchase the order with the debit. The banking app always notifies me whenever any transaction has been confirmed, although the cashier said it has been declined. So I tried again few times, before switching to Credit card.I spoke to the manager/supervisor after learning I was charged twice on both debit and credit, so I asked for a refund, he continues to question me or demands to see my online banking purchase history.I did remind him that about my hearing loss when I came in just in case we communicate in a bad way, but after struggling to understand what he said, he yelled at me in front of his employees who was whispering and chuckling.Don't worry, guys, deaf people sees everything.So manager/supervisor, I apologize if I held a line too long from the drive thru due to my payment issue, but I simply explained the situation and asked for the refund, is this request too much to ask for? No, you continue to interrogate and roll eyes while demanding to see my purchase history constantly in front of your employees.Sure took me long enough to get my refund back. Never stepping into that nice friendly place again.It's upsetting to know that a local Tim Hortons from the area I was born and raised in had turned downhill lately due to unprofessionalism or lack of staff training.I had to throw the combo out anyway because I kept the staffs in the line for too long due to payment issue and, well... as a junior cook, for all I know, they probably spat in my food, by the looks of their anger and frustration.No hard feelings, I'll stick with McDonalds from now on.❤️

The worst amongst all TH Canada, rude staff, bad service, coffee has no taste of real coffee and 0 cleanliness

Placed order online. At the order Counter, employee found the order and asked me to drive up to pay/pickup counter. The employee at the pickup counter says I don't see any order. Wasted like 5 minutes for her to check and come back saying a no(made other people behind me on the car waste time too). And then going back, and saying that she will make an exemption and wrapped some timbits on a paper bag. It was not in the box as usual. Told her I saw the order and confirmed it at order counter. Shown her the phone too. She didn't apologize and also lies to me online order doesn't show up on the order screen. I just saw the order on the screen while ordering.Disappointed. Train employees to be quick at drive through. or put someone with some experience.

Terrible service. Rude and extremely slow. We came on Saturday at approximately 8am. There was a lot staff working at the time, yet even with just TWO customers we waited twenty-five minutes for our order. We had expressed our concern about the slow service and the staff was rude talking behind our backs as we were leaving. And no, the drive thru was NOT busy either. There's absolutely no reason for them to be slow.Please make sure you are training your staff properly.

at all costs do not come here! especially to work! managment is horrible they are racist and only kind to people who have been long time employees (from my cousin who worked here). the manager she never wears a hair net and i found a hair in my sandwich last week. I went at 8am and they did not have dark roast coffee? very unorganized and i waited almost 15 mins in drive thru.

Service is usually good. BUT, they need more staff. There is almost a line inside with only 1 person working it. The others are needed at drive thru, do they can't help. Owner needs to either hire more staff or schedule at least 1 more person to help with counter.
