The drive-thru team is more worried about getting cars through, there is little attention to the actual food. The sandwiches are slapped together, wraps are all sauce and no meat, and my coffee is always cold. They keep yelling through the microphone even though you can't possibly speak into the microphone if the car in front of you is blocking it. ??? Terrible!

Convenient location after due at Firkin.Only problem was confusion of drive through a shared with Wendy's. Confusing. Drove around twice to find proper drive thru.

Not recommended because they accept people with their pets, first time in Canada I see a pet in a restaurant.When I asked the manager, she said that people have licence and she couldn't address that situation. I'm pretty sure she needs to go for a training because everybody in Canada knows what a GUIDE DOGS IS.As it stands, Canada does not allow dogs or other pets in any establishment where food is prepared or served, meaning that dogs can't accompany their owners into restaurants or patios where food is actively served.

I don't know why tim hortons only care about people on drive thru. There is no time limit for customer coming inside. It took me almost 30 min only to order and then waiting for my stuff because rlthe staff(only 2 girls) was busy attanding drive thru customers. And there was only 2 customers in front of me to order.

I live within walking distance and this location should be my go to coffee shop. I hardly ever post reviews but I couldn't hold back any longer. I love to try all the specialty donuts when they're first introduced. Today, I decided to try the Boston Cream donut now that it's supposed to have extra filling. I thought it felt light in weight. I decided to cut it open & NOTHING, at all!!! This isn't the first time which is why I'm sending this review. When I called to complain, a woman answed the phone and just said "hello". I wasn't even sure if I was calling the right place! I was then passed off to another woman who gave me attitude & wouldn't even give me her name! I was told to call on Monday, after 8am. Unbelievably bad customer service, poor quality products and on occasion, I get someone else's order I'll be going to another location. Quality & service has drastically gone down.

I went in, and no customers waiting, for 2 mins no one attended or even acknowledged. I then talked to the pickup counter associate, that I wanted to place an order, and all she did was to point and say ok. Worst customer service

Good coffee,inside wasn't busy so I had my coffee and my breakfast with my brother (sitting and enjoying the food just before take out and drive through only,we really miss those days walking into Tim Hortons and the place use to be full no place to seat ) thank you for the good breakfast and excellent service.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons ever been too! Last time i went there, they told me they had chesse croissance in the menu but I got a regular croissance without the chesse inside! I ask with i could exchange the croissance for the chesse croissance but they said they don't have many when i asked them!! She didn't want to give me a REFUND when that is not what I asked for!!!!!! AND THE MANAGER IS REALLY BADDDDDDD. This Tim Hortons dosen't even deserve a star!!!!!

I come in to this location about 2-3 mornings a week. I place my order on mobile (mostly the same items every time) and when I reach there, my order is ready. Easy and quick, thank you!!

An average Tim's. Shares its space with a Wendy's. Drive thru moves quickly.
