The girl on drive thru on may 6 in the morning, was not good. If I am asking for some sauce on the side, it doesn't mean I don't want anything in the wrap. I have to say one thing many times. I used to order from here but it never happens before. I was so disappointed in early morning because of this. Please try to put trained or experienced staff for drive thru. I ask for the cheese but there is no cheese in sandwich.
Just left this Tim Hortons. One of the workers taking my order today through the drive thru had a serious attitude. If you hate your job, just quit. White girl. Blonde hair.The Tim Hortons at Westwood Mall is way better.
The amount of times they have either messed up a order or just can’t make the food properly is shocking. It’s like these people challenge themselves to mess up every order while doing it blindfolded. The drink and food are poorly made. I would rather go to the gas station Tim Hortons then this place.
I dont even want to give a single star, I am really disappointed with the service offered and its shocking that noone from Tim Horton has tried to investigate this location.Yesterday I ordered a small coffee and the one I got was so bitter and tasted like the beans have been reused or some inferior beans are being used. This was not the first time, I have told the people multiple times that the coffee doesn't taste like other locations.I urge the official to visit the location and take necessary action, it's really bad if they are reusing the beans.
This is absolutely the WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I will NEVER order anything from here again.Today around 3pm I went to this location. I had a coffee coupon on me. I decided to order a medium French Vanilla. As soon as I had given my coupon to the cashier, she started telling me that I can not order a medium drink with the coupon and that the coupon is only eligible for small drinks. She was also looking at me as if I'm stupid for even showing her the coupon. Anyways, I then listened to her and decided to order a small drink instead and ordered 2 chipotle chicken wraps. Then, I had checked the coupon carefully and it says FREE drinks for ALL sizes. And I noticed the chicken chipotle wraps I ordered were really cold, barley any sauce or chicken. I go back and show the lady the wraps and coupons, and she didn’t seem to care. She looked really rude and showed me a lot of attitude, for showing her the coupon again. She made it a big issue by creating a scene and then completely ignoring me. Shortly after, I spoke to the management team about the incident and no one took this situation seriously. It took them so long to finally agree on giving a refund. I don’t understand the people working here.This is ridiculous! I’ve been to several locations and I have never had any issues. The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The order is always made incorrectly. No customer would want to waste their time and money here, especially if there are SEVERAL OTHER TIM HORTONS LOCATIONS! If you want to have a simple and easy experience, do NOT come to this location.
Staff is very rude. Their behaviour is bad. They never listen to the customers. They never dissolve sugar and if you ask, they start arguing. Their drive through service is worst, they will ask you several times to speak louder and on the same time you can listen their talks in the drive through.
This location is notorious for focusing on timing and not order accuracy, yet they always have a ridiculously long and slow drive thru line up. I ordered and PAID for a medium French vanilla ($2.40) but got a medium regular instead which costs less. They are more focused on rushing you out of the drive thru. Avoid this location if you can, horrible quality of good AND horrible customer service.
I came to this Tim Hortons to get breakfast sandwich combo. Normally when I order I will ask the customer service representative to ensure that the bacon is crispy..and typically they say, “ Okay”… I know that it can be put in the microwave/oven longer and other locations adhere to the request but I was just told this morning that they can’t do anything about the bacon and that’s how it is. YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BACON. You are working in customer service. Servicing customers should require you to adhere to requests and try to make the customers happy. I am not happy eating soggy bacon. WHY DO YOU HAVE A PICTURE OF CRISPY BACON ON THE MENU, IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ABLE TO GET SIMILAR ON THEIR SANDWICH?
Would rate this lower if I could. Slowest service at any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. They prioritize Uber orders over orders made in store. Absolutely the worst, ordered one item and waited 25 minutes for it.
This is the worst Tim hortons I ever visited. The staff is extremely rude when they make mistakesSome how they blame you for giving yourself the wrong sandwich & coffee ☕. Also of some concern they took back the partial eaten sandwich in the store to examine it (Covid 19). I don't believe they are allowed to take back food or beverage in the store once it leaves their hands. Then they what to charge for the portion of the sandwich that I had bitten off before realizing it was the wrong sandwich. After 5mins of back & forth they wanted to charge me for the correct sandwich again. Completely insane. If they are allowed to behave like this with no recourse. What else are they doing that we don't know about.
