I think they were training a new person but my goodness was it a mistake to go inside to avoid the long drive through line up. Staff seem to be doing their best but I waited 13 min to get a coffee and donut with only 4 customers ahead of me.
Why i put 5 stars for many reasons:-- they are very friendly staff- store was cleaned and super organized- they help to reduce the delay by mentioning the all kind of bagels if front the customer- the store have full crew all the time / today Monday and they have 10-11 workers- the drive-thru very fastYou can see in the pictures how the store was cleaned and organized
This was the first time we went to this branch . I asked the cashier if they could hurry up coz we were in rush ( running late), they accepted my request and gave us our order in seconds , i really appreciate that.
Tim Hortons is a good place to get donuts if you want a quick snack or just don't have time to wait at Krispy Kreme and they also have great drinks, breakfast sandwiches, wraps and if you don't want a sandwich they will let you have bacon strips and tons of other things.
I just wanted sweet iced tea. She said the only flavor was passion fruit. As she filled the cup I saw there was cane syrup as well so I said I would have that. But she gave me passion fruit anyway. My friend asked for a honey cruller but when we got in the car we found she was given a sour cream glazed. C'mon Timmies. Get staff that pay attention to what they are doing.
Thank you for feeding me a burnt sandwich for my breakfast!Let alone how many times I grab my order then when it’s too late and I drove away I’ll find missing or wrong items!I guess It wouldn’t matter anyway, big sharks will always win. You can complain to the wall.
Had a 2-can dine breakfast coupon on my tims rewards. My husband wanted to sub out the coffee for a tea. The cashier said she couldn't do that. I asked the cashier why, if the tea is worth less than the coffee. She said that the tea is the same price as the coffee. My husband advised her that she wasn't using logic wanted to speak with the manager. The cashier said the manager had just stepped out. We told her other locations do it all the time. She said, she can't do it cuz her manager told her not to.As we're waiting for the order, we see the manager walk back in. We ask to speak with her. This cashier goes and comes back and says 'my manager said I can do it, which tea would you like?'So frustrating. This cashier however, was nothing but nice. She was a sweetheart. Maybe she was new?! However, I would strongly recommend whoever is training to do a better job. As this back and forth to get a simple tea - could have totally been avoided and the piling of customers behind us could've been serviced sooner.
Without a shadow of a doubt, tim hortons drinks are a main part of Canadian lifestyle. Everywhere I go, drinking coffee and tea is part of our day to day lives. But here was a little bit dirty and didn't like that.
I admire their patience . This time around one of the girls at the cash counter refused to wipe the conveyer belt and said if we wipe after every customer there will be a line up outside.Haven’t we lined up during covid times?I would request costco to wipe clean the conveyer belt , please!
The drive thru screen brightness blinds me every night that I come here. It is way too bright. Bring it down and il change my review.
