10 minutes to make a sandwich, are you kidding me. The morning crew needs retraining. A cashier shouldn't go get the order after taking it when you have about 15 people working there. There's no direction and the part that bewildered me is that there's a line, and all the employees back are turned to you. Major improvement needed.Fyi...1 or 2 employees have good work ethics there.
This place is understaffed so they rushed my food and it was super undercooked! Never coming back to this tim hortons again!
Mostly I have good experience here. But today I really didn't like that the Croissant was heated in a microwave oven which made it really soggy and really hot. The steap tea was burning hot. Tim Hortons should learn from Starbucks where you will get perfect temperature of coffee and a nicely reheated croissant which is crispy rather than soggy.
Drive always has line and lot of times it moves slow as well.It is a regular service type though. The exit to derry can be bumpy though.
You get nice hot beverages. Staff are courteous and friendly.Coffee is always good at Tims.

This is the second time!!!!!I ordered for soup and some other things also online, sent someone from the office to pick up the order.When he returned, soup was missing!!!!And called for 17 times , it was “the customer you dialled , is not available.”?
I ordered a few items from here and they were pretty good but my sausage and egg sandwich had no sausage!
Today was my third time I went to this timhorton and I order buffalo wrap all this 3 time and the wrap was dry I think they are trying to save up on the sauce and also the chicken was not cooked and twice I told the workers there to Cook it properly and well but they disappointed me once again. If the boss or manager is reading this please teach your employees how to cook it well and also put good amount of sauce and everything on the wraps and train them once more please. Becuase I paying 7$ for the wrap and when I get it it’s all dry and not cooked well and not even grilled well all this time when I opened my wrap the wrap opened up while I was eating it come on now. Please take care of that.
Driveway, not too bad thru the week. Come here for coffee often. Service is good although they never ask for your rewards card and they can't take it after they've cashed you out so I've lost a lot of points! Food is also good here probably one of the better locations I've been too.
