Probably one of the worst locations you can visit. I have been going to this location for several years everyday as it close to work. I have to repeat my order at least three times. Then the wait is 15-20 minutes. When I get to the window they usually have the wrong item or they put sugar in my latte. As I am diabetic this is a waste of my money. Service is pathetic here the people don't speak English and I am from India myself. I would go to another location but it is too far. Very sad!!!
This Tim Hortons have specific days of cleaning ceiling, I was amazed and staff is very polite, fast and helpful.
Not sure why people rave about these places. Mediocre at best. The only saving grace was it was one of very few places in the space of a month away where we managed to get a decent cup of tea with a minimum of fuss. We didn't try the donuts, and neither do we drink coffee, so we are perhaps not the ideal target group. The food was... Edible is as far as I'd go.
The location is great but there’s always a long queue for ordering because they are understaffed. Why can’t there be 2 registers for taking orders? Just makes the process of getting a coffee 15 minutes.I tried the new biebs brew and I would say it’s decent. I liked Roasted hazelnut cold brew better. Though the tim biebs taste great.
I ordered med coffee 2milk 3sugar. I dont know what i got. Tastes like regular with cream. Never screw up a person's first coffee of the day.
This place feels new and clean, with the interior feeling more modernized compared to some other locations I have been to. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and the place seemed to run efficiently. Our orders did take a while, but it was notably very busy even with seemingly adequate amount of staffing. The kitchen in the back from what I could see also seemed very clean and organized, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly (and composed considering how much of a rush some of the customers were in). It had an overall comfortable environment.
I love when these guys puff my glass of creamy-chill with extra cream and colorful sugar toppings over it.Thanks ?
The most worth coffee i have tried. These guys don’t make the coffee as ordered. Special, the french vanilla seems like sugar in water only doesn’t taste good as like it should be….
The one star is let everyone know it's a nice remodeled Tim Hortons inside. However, be prepared for very slow counter service and sparse cleaning habits especially during these time of the Pandemic. Last night I witness dogs on the tables and chairs, mopping with a dirty mop, and tables being wiped down only where customers may have left some crumbs. Then there was a droller sleeping on the table. The staff did not seem to care.On that slow counter service again when I left at 1030 the line up for counter service was outside the door of the restaurant.
Have no idea what's going on with this French Vanilla update that a lot of Tim Hortons' across Canada are doing. The classic taste of it is completely gone, and now it just tastes like some basic warm stale old coffee. They ruined their one and only signature drink.
