This morning 1hr ago drive through asked for EXTRA chipotle on the farmers wrap 3 times actually and they barely put any even. The female taking the order acknowledges twice and even the Indian guy said there is. But there was barely any. This is the result of “Canadian politeness” when you are more strict with them then they seem to get it on those days
Busy and packed place. But customers come back everyday for good coffee.
This is the 4th time I came to this location, and it is always disappointing, I have no luck here. It seems like there is so many people working but not in an efficient way. So many flies flying around, to top it off there is an employee sitting on the best location on her break! ?
So after going here for numerous years I have become so disappointed in their service. There is a guy at the window that keeps giving me the wrong order, even though they are repeating the order, after I leave it is completely wrong. This has occurred 6 times in the past few months. It's like they are rushing and not paying attention and I am on my way to work so I don't have the time to drive back or constantly check what's in the bag. The quality of the coffee and steep tea has been terrible. I will not be using this location anymore. Terrible, poor service but I am paying each and every time for an order I did not order, and in most instances less than what I am being charged, cause it is not correct!!
This location is great other than sometimes the drive-thru line gets excessively long, which may be typical of Tim Hortons. The turkey bacon club is always fresh and has lots of mayonnaise. I am tempted frequently into getting lunch here, but I must resist lest I get fat. My wife recommends getting a single timbit. She finds it amusing.

10 minutes in the drive through AFTER ordering, only to discover they had given my sandwich to someone else and didn’t have any ready, consistently take far longer than is reasonable for the volume of customers, very poor service.
Washrooms are disgusting, if they don't clean the washrooms I'm left to assume they don't clean the kitchen either. Walked in, walked out, didn't need coffee that badly
Would be full stars if the service was just a little faster, the worker just sit there and don't do anything. Its quite literally the slowest tim hortons I've ever been too.
Super busy location. Never staffed well enough but it is a good location when visiting lakeshore mississauga east of port credit. The food and drinks are made well if your willing to wait.
