Staff did not listen to order clearly. We discovered my tea was made with milk after leaving drive thru about 10 mins from store. Its not tjat difficult to check the order before handing to the customers.

I use this location a lot, mostly as drive by, sometimes come inside. If day must of the employee are really professional and will help you even when you don't expect. This morning my Tim Hortons app just worldview any discount. They ended using their own app, so I could get this discount.Thank you!
My Everyday Coffee shop very good drive-thru service as I am using only that So dont know about inside service. Yes long car line up but it is worth to wait if you really want that exact same sensation of your coffee.

Very poor customer service and staff doesn't seem to know much about their stuff. The girl who helped us didn't even know the difference between chadder cheese and mozzarella cheese. Only thing she knew was "processed cheese".Grilled cheese melt was Grilled very unprofessionally. When we asked to grill it properly then they said we have a new machine and that's how it comes out. All the cheese was actually melted on the paper bag. See the picture.Very unprofessional.Our French vanilla coffee was as cold as a cold coffee.Management should give their employees enough training so that customers leave happy from this location
My go to spot for coffee and breakfast at work! Drivethru design sucks. Horrible design. but the staff is great and friendly and always quick!
Came in at 8 am, staff was courteous, clean, and kind. Nothing wrong with my order, or the attitude of the staff. My go to when I'm in the area. Never had a bad experience and I have gone to them over last 2 months
