Quick and friendly staff. Large dining room. 24 hr drive thru can get super busy during morning rush but it moves quickly.

Since when do they charge for asking a cup of ice on the side? Came in here early at 5:18am on Jan 2, 2021 and when i gave my order, i asked for a small cup of ice on the side so i could chill my coffee a bit. The person said that “we dont sell ice like that, its not free”. WHAT? Im baffled. I coulda just gone to its competitors coffee chain and they wouldve just given me the ice instead of making a big fuss about it.
I love Tim's - everything from the sandwiches to the daily coffee are great. When I went through the drive thru at one location and they forgot to hand me my sandwich - I was able to call and get through to sometime who made me a complimentary replacement sandwich at the next Timmies a few meters up the road! That's fantastic! Thank you so much Tim Hortons!

Tim's constitutes the fibre of our nation/world. Lovely (busy[!]) pitstop location with (most) items ready on the go. Please note that this is location is a one-woman show! Withholding criticism, this location would not function, at all, without this one employee. Unfortunately, a young male employee has proven to provide nothing but poor customer experiences over and over (typically on Fridays) and this is but a mere reflection of Tims' managers...typical but understandable! Aside this specific example, I (re)commend this (busy) Esso location and the employees who are relentlessly taking care of business, alone. ¡Management! (Hence 4/5 stars)
Coffee, donuts, and some other stuff... Predictable, fairly inexpensive.
