Youd think after waiting in line for 20 mins they'd get my order right... well that wasnt the case here. Not only did i wait in the drive-threw for 20+ mins i ended up paying my food and they forgot to give me my 20 pack of timbits and of course they didnt give me a receipt so i have no proof of this except for me getting my 10 points on the app and my $5 they scammed me of.
Service is slow as ever. People don't look to happy to be working there either. It's a shame they don't have enough employees there to keep things moving at a decent pace.

A very rude old lady serviced me every morning, always asked me to move for no reason even there were not people behide me. The same lady worked with bad attitude around 9:00am every morning at the window.
This location has been my go to for years now. They always have the correct order, and its always clean inside; with the added benefit of a Wendy's being right in the same building.
I love their Double Double. Had their other bakery products today and loved them quite a bit.
Ordered a turkey bacon club. Not only did i have to wait 15 minutes in the store that had 1 other customer... I got no bacon. Ripped off at tims again.
This Tim Hortons location is well organized and clean. I have observed that they are following pandemic restrictions guidelines to keep their staff and customers safe. Despite they are really busy, their service is prompt.
They are the most cooperating one!!! I usually get free from my work after midnight 12 am and I go there by walk, but still they serve so well even through Drive Thru Window. Keep it up guys!!!!
