Great burgers and nice staff!
Good food and great service. The onion ring tower was great and the burgers were good too. Plenty of fun and unique combinations with lots of customization options. The milkshakes are delicious too. The staff members were very friendly, polite, and attentive.
It is a great hamburger ?, good fries and an excellent service... I will try it one more time just to see if it is a 5✨️
Loved the service good and place was clean. I would have given a 5 but the menu is a little overwhelming. For a first time customer it was a almost to much. Our waitress was a delightful young lady. Service was great but we were the only customers on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm
We went to the Works last Saturday for a nice lunch. Very disappointed with the service. Totally untrained and no service experience. We just ordered two Burgers and the fries etc.By the time we got condiments and wait for it Cutlery our food had been sitting for 10 minutes. I had to go inside and ask for service. I did not leave a tip as a result. Very disappointing as the burgers were fine. Lets face it there's only so much can be blamed on Covid and the unfortunate situation. Lets frank the prices reflect a much better standard than we experienced. Waitress was totally disconnected and unprofessional.Enough said
Terrible food experience and service.Ordered a « hipster burger » which comes with avocado, havarti and caramelized onions. The food took forever to arrive and when it did our server informed us they didn’t have avocados. The food not only looked horrible, but came cold. We asked for a tomato and pickles to replace the avocado and they took another 10 minutes bringing these for us.Burger tasted awful and was cold. Fries were cold. Ended up just leaving after talking to server about the issue. They said we did not need to pay for the iced tea and soda water we did drink.
if i could give it 0 stars i would. place is a DUMP, workers are nice but dont get fooled by the decor or the menu. the food is bland, unseasoned, and absolutely not worth the price. good luck waiting for your food... they got 40 people working in the back but its still going to take them 60minutes to get you one burger and fries. overall, youre better off going to mcdonalds.... better yet burger king. 0.000000000/10
Burgers were tasty and the fries were very delicious. I'm giving three stars as the place needs a major cleaning. Tables and food trays were sticky and overall the whole place is quite dusty.
The food was excellent, the burgers really nice no complaints. We had onion ring tower also. The service absolutely terrible, waited approx 20 minutes to order whilst staff chatted and used cell phones. Asked 3 times for an additional sauce which never arrived. Waited over 20 mins for bill. Very poor service.
We really enjoyed our dinner. It was really yummy. The service was great and I would highly recommend. The order took a little longer than expected but it was worth after having this delicious meal. Kids meal is free with family meal.
