Had heard about Wing Factory from several people and they did not disappoint. Their wings were crispy and extremely saucy. We ordered 2 pounds of wings with the Hot Honey and Factory sauce. While their wings were amazing and large, the potato wedges were too soft and not crispy at all. Will definitely try their other sides next time. Overall would definitely recommend their place if you’re in Sauga and craving good halal wings!

A little over a week ago I ordered from them for the first time. The wings and sauce were amazing, crispy and tangy with just the right amount of heat. I ordered again this Saturday and it wasn't the same at all. The wings weren't crispy they were soggy and awful. I had thought I was going to become a regular customer now I'm not so sure if I'll ever order there again.
These are by far the BEST (halal) wings you can find in the GTA. Their wings are great sizes with lots of meat and their sauce selection in unparalelled. I have LOVED every sauce I have tried. The management team is also excellent. I had an issue with an order and they were quick to help and make it right. Love great customer service along with an amazing product.
Amazing wings, extremely tender and very flavorful. We tried the Apocalypse sauce alongside Panda and Honey Garlic. Panda was not one of my favorite but the Apocalypse sauce is all we could think about. The hottest thing I have ever tasted but could not stop eating it!!
Love coming here !!! One of my favourite wing joints to go to… Portions here are always generous, food is always fresh & delicious. Please, please, please…. Try/Get their gutter butter sauce, you will not be disappointed, it’s addicting & yummy AF. Thanks guys !!

This place truly tried to take as much money from you as possible and it’s very ridiculous. Big scam. Literally go anywhere else. It’s not worth it to even try this place.We placed an order on Uber Eats for the 3lb wings combo that came with 3 large sides (wedges, sweet potato fries and garlic bread) and 4 drinks. I simply put a note that said “make it saucy please” knowing a lot of wing places don’t add enough sauce. Instead of the restaurant giving us a call like any restaurant would do and has done before, they just changed the price on Uber eats and added an extra $3-4… we literally couldn’t change it at all and no one would answer the phone when I tried to call the restaurant about it.We’re already getting a lot of food and paying over $80 for this and they thought it was a good idea for them to just adjust the price and not even giving us a call before doing that.It left a poor taste in my mouth and by the end of it we didn’t even get our wedges or sweet potato fries. The garlic bread was soooo hard and tasteless and the wings were way over sauced like they did it on purpose to be disrespectful. I’m extremely upset this with place. Uber didn’t even give us any money back for the missing items. Such a scam.
Worst experience… Ordered 3 lbs wings from here. The wings were not even warm instead of hot . I asked the manager why it was like that so he replied like this you’re the only one who is complaining. I was like yes I am because you’re not even meeting the standards. I was referred by a food blogger but guys don’t waste your time and money here.
Real nice and friendly service, with a sleek atmosphere. But the food didn’t hitI ordered a sloppy foot long mild bbq and 1lb wingless garlic bbq. This ain’t it.Sauce didn’t have much flavour to it. A Junior McChicken has more flavour.The sloppy foot long was filling, but that’s because the bread be thic boy with 2 thin slices of chicken.Food overall was not worth it’s price
