I didn’t wanna do this but it has to be done, for someone who’s worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years I must say this is the worst place I’ve been when it comes to customer service. My partner & I have been to this bar twice in the last two weeks and both times our experience was just horrible.We went there to catch the game you know being it’s a sports bar the atmosphere would be welcoming and drinks flowing but this was not the case. We sat for almost 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, once our server came over her conversation was brief almost as if order fast and get it going. For every drink, I had to walk to the bar and get them myself because at no point would we be checked on for refills or just to see if we were ok.There was another couple who came behind us and sat close to us however they had a different server, they got their drinks before we did, they got way better service as their server would occasionally walk over and ask if they were ok while my partner and I sat in horror watching everyone else get better service.One thing that stood out to me was when our food came out our server literally brought us the food then asked, oh, would u like a fork ?, no like seriously…. This to me was just unprofessional and way out of this world, obviously we need fork knives and condiments.There’s so much more I could point out but I won’t get into all that, I just know this establishment could never get my money again.
I came here after a friend had recommended the place to me and suggested the calamari. I ordered the calamari. Once I got to the car I opened the box to check the order and was shocked by the portion size. I have never received such a small portion from any establishment, even my friend who was a long time customer and recommended the calamari was surprised by the amount, and this was at a 13 dollar price point not including tax.I went to the manager to bring up the issue and he said "sorry that's the portion size, each portion is weighed out at 200 grams". I left back home and weighed the portion, it was 102 grams as you can see in the photo.When I went back to the restaurant to once again to bring up the issue, this time with photo evidence that the portion was indeed smaller and ask for more calamari, the manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even acted confrontational as if this were to escalate to a physical altercation saying phrases like "who do you think you're talking to like that" and needless to say would not make any amends to the situation. All he could say was "that's the portion size".I have never had a manager who acted so unprofessional. He even kept telling me he is the owner (which I found hard to believe given his lack of professionalism). Even when I showed him the photo of the scale with 102g as a measurement, he would not admit their mistake nor make any steps towards rectifying the situation.This was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere by far. I visited at 1:00 am on Wednesday Mar. 30. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope the real owner looks into this and fires that self proclaimed "owner".

Went for the UFC match viewing. Great ambience and vibe, service was a bit slow. The server was really polite but forgot to put in our order twice. Definitely worth a visit.
One of the best bars ever. I’ve been coming here since 2018, drinks are great. Food is great. Service is on the slow side but that’s okay. I’m here for the drinks anyway.
Was very excited to try the bruschetta and chicken fingers for the first time. I chose the honey garlic chicken, it was fantastic but the bruschetta had something that tasted like pure mold. I ordered through skip and was very upset with the quality I got. After consuming the bruschetta I had pains in my abdomen. Very upset over this ordeal but I hope instances like these don’t happen to others.
Wonderful place. I ordered steak, wings, fries. Steak was a bit tough but perfectly done as a medium rare. Wings are FANTASTIC! I will order again from The Wave for sure.
Really enjoyed the experience here, very clean and safe (followed all the vaccine guidelines), the wings and fries were standard bar food, our server Camille was quick and friendly with our orders, and the location (next to &Co club) allows for all your questionable decisions to happen all in one night! Definitely recommend you support this local business and please follow all appropriate guidelines.
One of the best sports bar I have visited so far. The vibe was excellent and as well as the food. All the prices are reasonable. Drinks and food both. After finding this place, I went there a couple of times, and I will continue to go there to watch matches. It is such a great place. Also, It would be excellent for per-drinking as well ;)
Good drinks Good Fries n Gravy could be cleaner because they have rats half a foot long in plain sight. Owner is aggressive threathing and rude when I advise him of the rats. He invited me inside non vaccinated I rejected his horrible reaction to me screaming Rats.
